The two teams have dominated title races in recent seasons but Tottenham 17.016/1, whose manager Antonio Conte is a Premier League winner, will be aiming to improve on last season's top four finish.

Chelsea are 21.020/1 as they begin life under new owners. The Blues haven't won the title since 2017, when they had Conte in charge, but Thomas Tuchel has steered them to Champions League glory in his 18 months at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United are under new management but, at 46.045/1, it would be a surprise if they challenge for what would be their first Premier League title in a decade.

Instead, the Red Devils would be satisified with a top four finish in Erik ten Hag's first season in charge.
