My Betfair Rewards is an exciting new feature at Betfair which allows you to choose your preferred package of bonuses and commission for use on the Betfair Exchange.
You will receive bonuses and perks monthly when you bet on the Betfair Exchange.
How do I choose a package?
You can choose your package in the "My Betfair Rewards" section of My Account. The details of each package are laid out on the page so you can compare the different bonuses, commission and rewards available. Once you make a selection, your account will immediately start wagering toward your monthly goal.
How do I get my bonuses?
If you bet in the minimum required markets during a month, you will receive bonuses credited to your account on the first working day of the next month. The bonuses should be available by midday.
How can I track how many markets I have bet in?
There is a progress bar in the My Betfair Rewards section of My Account. This updates every time a market settles.
What about Sportsbook markets?
Currently, Sportsbook markets do not count toward your progress bar.
What about Betfair Points?
Betfair points will continue to accrue in your account when you bet on Betfair Exchange. However, these points will not affect your commission rate, except for events base in Australia. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions here.
What if I do not choose a package?
If you do not choose a package, you will eventually be opted into the "Rewards" package.
Can I change my package?
It is possible to schedule a package change via the My Betfair Rewards section of My Account.
Anything else I should know?
Events based in Australia will continue to be charged commission in the old way (using Betfair points and a market base rate. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions here.
