French superstars have been frustrated in last two games
PSG will be expecting to get back to winning ways when they host Maccabi Haifa in Group H.
The French champions have been frustrated by Benfica over their last two group games, with the Portuguese club twice holding them to a 1-1 draw. PSG remain top of the group, having beaten Juventus in their first game and then winning 3-1 against Maccabi Haifa in the reverse fixture. They are also top of Ligue 1 after 12 games (W10 D2), beating Ajaccio 3-0 on Friday night.
Maccabi Haifa pulled off a big shock in their last Champions League outing when they beat Juventus 2-0. That win sees them still in with a chance of reaching the knockout stages, but realistically even a third place finish, which would bring Europa League qualification, would be a huge achievement amidst this level of competition.
Back treble to land again
PSG are the big favourites at 1.121/8, with the draw at 12.011/1 and Maccabi Haifa out at 30.029/1.
The visitors have scored in each of their last three Champions League games, including the reverse fixture. Both teams to score is perhaps too big at 2.3611/8, but PSG do have home advantage.
Perhaps then, it makes more sense to bank on there being a lot of goals scored in this match, alongside a PSG win, even though the hosts have not been scoring a lot of goals of late, by their own standards. A Bet Builder treble of a PSG win, over 3.5 goals and Kylian Mbappe to score, landed in the reverse fixture and is available to back at 2.285/4.
