Betfair punter wins big on six-fold ACCA

Arguably the bet of the night came courtesy of a Match Odds/Both Teams to Score ACCA as one skilled punter decided that the EFL Championship would be the place to go for goals on Tuesday night.

There were just six games played, and all six resulted in both teams scoring which our big winner predicted, but to go along with that the Betfair customer also predicted the outcome of each games with wins for Sheffield United, Watford, Southampton and West Ham all coming up trumps while there were draws in the two others games.

A £3 ACCA on the bet was due to return just over £11k, but our punter understandably cashed out for just shy of £7k as the games came to a conclusion.

Among a night of big winners on Betfair, one lucky punter placed a £10 ACCA on 11 teams across the Champions League, Championship and EFL Cup, with all 11 teams winning.

Going into the final 15 minutes of two of the 8pm kick-offs, nine of the teams had already won or were winning, meaning our punter needed Newcastle and West Ham to score winning goals. And they both obliged, Joe Willock scoring in the 81st minue for the Magpies and Jarrod Bowen firing home in the 77th minute for the Hammers.
