Paris Saint-Germain are 5/16.00 favourites on the Betfair Sportsbook to win the Champions League for the third season in a row in 2026/27.

The French club, whose manager Luis Enrique steered them to both successes after they enudred years of failure, became only the second team to retain the trophy in the Champions League era last season.

In May's final, they beat Arsenal on penalties, following a 1-1 draw, and the Betfair Sportsbook market indicates the Gunners 6/17.00, along with Barcelona, are best-placed to deny PSG a th rid consecutive title.

Arsenal have never won the Champions League but, after ending their 22-year wait for a Premier League title, Mikel Arteta is hungry for European success.

Kane's Bayern, Mourinho's Madrid and Man City expected to challenge

Harry Kane had a brilliant season in 2025/26 and the only thing that could top it this campaign is winning the Champions League with Bayern Munich.

Manchester United 14/115.00 return to the Champions League after a season of no European football last term. The Red Devils are a club in perpetual transition but Michael Carrick will hope the team can at least reach the knockout stages - something they failed to do two years ago.

Aston Villa 28/129.00 won the Europa League last season and, in Unai Emery, have one of the shrewdest managers in Europe. Their playing staff is the concern after Villa sold key men Morgan Rogers, Ezri Konsa and more in the summer and their price reflects the fear that they will be weaker in 2026/27.

That said, they reached the last eight under Emery when they were last in the tournament two seasons ago.
