WWE Wrestlemania Betting Tips: All of the betting angles from this stupendous two night event

WWE Wrestlemania 38
Roman Reigns is arguably the biggest star in all of Sports Entertainment

Reigns has been on fire since his return and shift in character at Summerslam 2020, and he is nearing 600 days as Universal Champion.

Wrestlemania 38 takes place this weekend in Dallas, Texas, and Paul Robinson has all of the betting angles covered for what is being billed as the most stupendous Wrestlemania ever...

Saturday Night Preview and Best Bets

Drew McIntyre 1/8 v Happy Corbin 9/2

Drew McIntyre must wonder who he's annoyed backstage as he headed into last year's Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion. Now he's stuck in what feels like an eternal feud with Happy Corbin and his sidekick Madcap Moss. There can only be one outcome here - McIntyre wins.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

The Usos (c) 4/11 v Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs 7/4

The Usos have been positioned in a prominent role on WWE Smackdown for some time now, as they make up two thirds of the Bloodline with Roman Reigns.

Jimmy and Jey have been the Smackdown Tag Champs since the Money In The Bank Pay Per View and I can't see that ending against the duo of Nakamura and Boogs.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

The New Day 1/2 v Sheamus & Ridge Holland 6/4

The feud between the New Day and the trio of Sheamus, Ridge Holland and Butch is now personal following the legitimate neck injury that Big E suffered at the hands of Holland on Smackdown a few weeks ago.

If this was the six-man tag match which appeared to be the initial plan before the aforementioned injury, I would have been siding with the New Day. However, with it being two-on-two, I think they might wait for Big E to return to pay off the feud.

Chance of an upset - Yes! Yes! Yes!

The Miz & Logan Paul 1/1 v The Mysterios 8/11

Celebrities at Wrestlemania have a fantastic record, with the likes of Floyd Mayweather and Lawrence Taylor both having Mania wins on the CV.

I was initially leaning towards the Mysterios getting the W here, with the heel duo of Miz and Paul getting their comeuppance. However, the Mysterios got the upper-hand in their exchange on this week's Monday Night Raw, and that usually leads to a loss.

Chance of an upset - Yes! Yes! Yes!

Seth Rollins 11/4 v Mr McMahon's Mystery Opponent 2/9

Seth Rollins is one of the biggest acts in WWE and his quest for a Wrestlemania match has been one of the main storyline's on Raw.

The intrigue here is for who Mr McMahon will have picked to be his opponent, and the overwhelming favourite is Cody Rhodes.

The former AEW Executive Vice President shockingly left that company a couple of months ago, and he has allegedly signed to return to the WWE.

Shane McMahon has also been rumoured, but I don't see it myself, so with Cody all but confirmed for the match, it's hard to imagine him losing on his big return.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins.jpeg

Becky Lynch (c) 9/4 v Bianca Belair 3/10

Becky Lynch returned from having a baby at Summerlam and not only did she beat Belair for the Raw Women's Title, she turned heel in the process.

The feeling here is that Belair will get her big win and reclaim the championship, but she had a crowning moment at Wrestlemania last year, and she got the better of Lynch on Monday's episode of Raw. Her next title reign might have to wait.

Chance of an upset - Yes! Yes! Yes!

Charlotte Flair (c) 3/1 v Ronda Rousey 1/5

This was slated to be the Main Event of Night One, but with Stone Cold Steve Austin set to be involved in a confrontation with Kevin Owens, it makes sense that the Texas Rattlesnake headlines in his home state.

Back to this match though and it's hard to imagine anything other than a win for the former MMA champion. Ronda returned to the WWE at the Royal Rumble, and in her first big match since, she isn't going to be losing.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Of the seven matches on night one, my two best bets are Sheamus & Ridge Holland at 6/4 and Becky Lynch at 9/4.

Sunday Night Preview and Best Bets

Raw Tag Team Championship - RK-Bro (c) 8/13 v The Street Profits 7/4 v The Alpha Academy 9/2

RK-Bro and The Alpha Academy have been the highlight of Raw in recent months and it's only fitting that they are both involved in a championship match on the grandest stage of them all.

The team of Randy Orton and Riddle have only just recaptured the gold so I don't see them getting beat here.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

AJ Styles 4/6 v Edge 11/10

Two of the veterans of WWE meet in a bit of a grudge match on Sunday, with Edge turning hell on AJ after the latter answered his open challenge for a match at Mania.

They haven't interacted too much on TV since Edge's beatdown of Styles, and this feud probably has a bit more mileage after this event. I see Styles getting the win, with Edge getting his heat back on Raw to set-up a rematch.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Austin Theory 4/6 v Pat McAfee 11/10

Vince McMahon has been the key player in this feud, as he went on McAfee's podcast and offered him a match at Wrestlemania. The former NFL Punter turned WWE commentator accepted the opportunity, and his opponent was revealed to be McMahon's pet project, Austin Theory.

Theory has all the upside when it comes to an in-ring future for WWE and I would be hugely surprised if he loses.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Sami Zayn 7/4 v Johnny Knoxville 2/5

As mentioned in the night one section, celebrities have a great record at Wrestlemania.

Johnny Knoxville has been involved in a feud with Sami Zayn since the beginning of the year, with Zayn excelling in his role. He's done that well that I think he might be rewarded with a win here.

Chance of an upset - Yes! Yes! Yes!

Omos 8/11 v Bobby Lashley 1/1

This match was only just set up on this week's episode of Raw, as the returning Bobby Lashley came out to confront the ginormous Omos.

Omos is yet to lose a singles match since his split from AJ Styles but Lashley is a former WWE Champion.

Chance of an upset - Yes! Yes! Yes!

Women's Tag Team Championship - Sasha Banks & Naomi 8/11 v Rhea Ripley v Liv Morgan 15/8 v Queen Zelina & Carmella (c) 4/1 v Shayna Baszler v Natalya 17/2

Queen Zelina and Carmella have been the Women's Tag Champions since November, but they haven't done much with the belts and it's time for them to lose.

Sasha Banks is the star of this match and after putting over Bianca Belair in a stellar main event match last year, I think she gets paid back with a Tag Title win on Sunday.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Roman Reigns (c) 4/9 v Brock Lesnar (c) 13/8

Seven years on from their main event match at Wrestlemania 31, Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar meet again, and this time, all the marbles are on the line.

Reigns has been on fire since his return and shift in character at Summerslam 2020, and he is nearing 600 days as Universal Champion.

Lesnar returned at Summerslam 2021, and he too has had a shift in character - one which has opened up a number of creative avenues for him. He won the Royal Rumble to book his place against Roman, and he then added the WWE Championship to the match after winning it Elimination Chamber.

Brock Lesnar WWE.jpeg

Vince McMahon usually likes to send the crowd home happy at Wrestlemania, and I feel that he can do that and still have Reigns win the match.

Roman becomes the Undisputed champion thanks to help from the Bloodline, but Brock gets his revenge on Paul Heyman after the bout with a couple of F5's.

Chance of an upset - No Chance in Hell.

Of the seven matches on night two, my best bets are RK-Bro at 8/13, Sami Zayn at 7/4 and Austin Theory at 4/6.
