Mainz in bottom two but fired up under Bo Henriksen

Gladbach have been picking up cards of late

Mainz v Borussia Mönchengladbach

Another near miss for us last night, as Freiburg's dramatic 2-2 draw with Bayern Munich delivered the BTTS bet, but Harry Kane drew a rare blank. The England skipper missed a number of presentable chances, and had a header cleared off the line.
We'll stay in Germany, and head to Mainz. The hosts have only won two games all season, but they did win their last home match against Augsburg, and that was a first game in charge for Danish coach Bo Henriksen.
Henriksen is being likened to former Mainz boss Jürgen Klopp in terms of the emotional and collegiate way that he coaches, and he's certainly had an impact. He has fired up a group that was sliding towards relegation, and although the Zerofivers are still in the automatic dropzone, last weekend's battling performance in a 2-1 defeat at the leaders Bayer Leverkusen was another positive sign.
Mainz have one of the worst disciplinary records in the league, and Henriksen certainly hasn't tidied things up. In his first game against Augsburg, Mainz picked up three bookings, and they accrued five yellows and a red at the BayArena last weekend.
Borussia Mönchengladbach aren't nearly so naughty, but coach Gerardo Seoane has asked his side to be more aggressive in recent games. The Fohlenelf accrued four cards against Bremen, seven at Eintracht Frankfurt, three against Stuttgart, five at Leipzig, and all of those examples have come in the last nine games.
I think this will be an intense atmosphere at the MEWA Arena, and Henriksen will have his team fired up. I don't think it's unreasonable to go for Over 4.5 Cards here at 11/10 on the Sportsbook.
