Paul Higham expects Dortmund to take the chance to go top of the Bundesliga on Friday night with a few goals against strugggling Werder Bremen.
Borussia Dortmund get the chance to hit the top of the Bundesliga table on Friday night as they host struggling Werder Bremen.
Things have certainly not been boring for Werder, but they're in a spot of bother near the relegation zone after three defeats in four - all of which came with plenty of goals.
Their defeat at home to Hoffenheim last time out summed them up as they equalised in the 91st minute only to concede a minute later to lose 3-2 - and being so open isn't exactly ideal facing Dortmund.
This should really be three home points for 1/41.25 shots Dortmund...
Much will depend on what kind of shape players return in following the internationals, but Brandt only played 20 minutes for Germany so should be fresh.
Brandt has a goal or assist in his last four Bundesliga games - and he didn't even start the last one - and that's just the kind of form we like for this market.
It's 10/111.91 for Brandt to score or assist against Bremen but he should get plenty of chances to deliver again.
And if there are goals to be had, as there looks like there is, it's hard to see the in-form Niclas Fullkrug not having a hand in one against his former side.
Fullkrug started the season at Werder but has now become a starter at Dortmund and has scored in his last two Bundesliga outings.
And he took that form into the national team with a goal in both of Germany's friendlies while also throwing in an assist for good measure.
He's odds-on to score but we'll take a bit of a safety blanket in the 8/131.61 for Fullkrug to also have a goal or assist against his former employers.
Midfield's a tough place to be against Dortmund and Jens Stage has already showed that he can give away fouls with the best of them.
A run of four straight games with multiple fouls was only stopped by the Dane dropping to the bench last time out.
But back in the starting line-up he's a good bet at 5/61.84 for 2+ fouls and get right back into his usual routine.
