The week begins with both Play-off semis and a Serie A clash for Paul Robinson and the Daily Acca. Here are his selections:

Bees to win on the South Coast

Bet 1: Back Brentford @ 13/8 - KO 18:00 BST

Bournemouth ended the regular season with three defeats, and that's usually a very bad omen when it comes to the Play-offs. The team or teams in form are often the ones that make it to Wembley, and I can't see this tie being any different.

Brentford are the away team for this first leg, and while there will be home fans in the ground, I can't see them making too much of a difference. One of the Cherries' three recent losses was actually a 1-0 defeat against Thomas Frank's men - on this ground.

The Bees come into the game on the back of four straight wins, and they have also won their last three on their travels - scoring nine goals in the process.

Don't expect goals in Verona

Bet 2: Back Under 2.5 Goals in Verona v Bologna @ 6/5 - KO 19:45 BST

This is a mid-table end of season clash with very little on the line, which can often lead to a low-scoring affair.

The stats are on our side anyway, as six of Verona's last seven at home have seen this selection land, and so have five of Bologna's last eight. They have also scored just one goal in their last three on the road.

Finally, the previous four meetings between this pair have ended with two goals or fewer.

Tykes to move one step closer to Wembley

Bet 3: Back Barnsley @ 6/5 - KO 20:15 BST

Barnsley have been the surprise package in the Championship this season, and they have rightly secured their place in the Play-offs.

The first leg is at Oakwell, a ground where they have lost just one of their last 11 matches. Half a dozen of those were victories for the Tykes, and they will fancy their chances of building a lead to take to Wales, thus avenging their 2-0 defeat by the Swans back in January.

Steve Cooper's visitors were in much better form back then, and they finished the regular campaign with just one win in five. They were also beaten in three of their last six away from the Liberty.
