22:20 - Nervy Gunners one win away from title

Arsenal are just one win away from winning the Premier League title after securing a 1-0, and at times nervy, victory at home to Burnley on Monday night.

The Gunners were long odds-on to beat the Clarets but they managed just a single goal - another set-piece routine - when Kai Havertz rose highest to nod home Bukayo Saka's in-swinging corner.

The victory takes Mikel Arteta's men five points clear of Manchester City meaning should Pep Guardiola's men fail to beat Bournemouth on Tuesday night then the Gunners will be crowned Premier League champion.

But should Man City beat the Cherries then the destination of the title will go down to the final day of the season, and should City beat Aston Villa at the Etihad then, because of goal difference, only a win for Arsenal away at Crystal Palace will prevent the Citizens from regaining their crown.

In the Premier League Winner market Arsenal are the 2/131.15 favourites to win the title with Man City available to back at 4/15.00

Thursday 14 May

09:20 - Man City cut to 10/34.33 after 3-0 win over Palace

Manchester City have shortened to 10/34.33 to win the Premier League title after beating Crystal Palace 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening.

After a slow start the game burst into life just after the half hour mark when Antoine Semenyo finished well from a quite brilliant no-look backheel assist from Phil Foden, and just before half time Omar Marmoush doubled City's lead.

With the FA Cup final against Chelsea coming up on Saturday the Citizens were in cruise control during the second half, but they did add a third close to full time through Savinho, which was a big boost to City's goal difference.

Man City are now just two points behind Arsenal with both clubs having two games remaining. City have a one-goal better goal difference than the Gunners which means should they win their two remaining games and Arsenal take only four points from a possible six, then it will very likely be Peg Guardiola's men who will be crowned champions.

But with Arsenal hosting already-relegated Burnley before playing a Crystal Palace side with their minds elsewhere it's still very much advantage Mikel Arteta's men in the title race, which is why they are very strong 1/51.20 favourites.

Sunday 10 May

19:20 - Arsenal cut to 1/81.12 after restoring 5-point lead

Arsenal are back into 1/81.12 to win the Premier League title after a nervy, and dramatic 1-0 win over West Ham, a result that had huge implications at the bottom of the table also, as you can read here.

The Gunners went into the game knowing that three wins from their three remaining league games would seal their first Premier League title for 22 years, and it looked like a trip to the London Stadium would be their hardest game of the three.

After a goalless first half West Ham had a glorious chance to take the lead but David Raya denied Mateus Fernandes from close range, and just minutes later Arsenal went down the other end and scored through Leandro Trossard.

But deep into stoppage time, the Hammers thought they had equalised but Callum Wilson's powerful strike was ruled out for a foul on Raya in the build up.

The result means Arsenal regained their five-point lead and know that should they beat Burnley at home and Crystal Palace away then they will be crowned Premier League champions.

Man City can cut the gap to two points when they host Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, and the Citizens can be backed at 9/25.50 to win the title.

Saturday 9 May

19:00 - Man City grab crucial win over Brentford

Manchester City have been cut to 9/43.25 to win the Premier League title after a comfortable 3-0 win over Brentford on Saturday evening.

Starting the day five points behind leaders Arsenal with a game in hand, it was a must-win game for Pep Guardiola's men after they had handed the advantage in the title race to the Gunners by drawing 3-3 at Everton on Monday night.

And after a goalless first half against the Bees it was clear among the home faithful that the tension was high with another two dropped points in prospect.

But on the hour mark City' in-form winger Jeremy Doku curled home a terrific shot from outside of the box to give Man City the lead and from that point on the result was rarely in doubt.

Erling Haaland scored a second 15 minutes from time and Omar Marmoush scored a third in stoppage time to boost City's goal difference to +40, one behind Arsenal.

Man City remain two points behind the Gunners - who play West Ham away on Sunday - with three games to play. Arsenal can be backed at 3/101.30 to win the title.
