Saturday Football Tips: Eze the man to follow

Eberechi Eze is a man in form and the Crystal Palace star looks worth siding with against bottom of the table Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

It took a while for Eze to return to his best form after a serious Achilles injury but he's certainly reached the required level now and he's been producing the goods for a Palace side who come into this game having won three of their last four.

Eze has now managed 2+ shots in his last seven matches so that selection forms the foundation of our Bet Builder.

I also like his chances in the 'to score or assist' market in which he's an 11/5 shot.

Eze has landed this is five of his 13 games thus far and here he's coming up against a defence which has largely struggled - even in the recent win over Liverpool, Forest had to rely heavily on the brilliance of keeper Dean Henderson.

Forest have now conceded 30 goals in 14 games - the second worst record in the league - while they are third in terms of shots conceded.

Critics will suggest they've improved of late, citing that Liverpool victory, but they've also shipped five at Arsenal and two at home to Brentford in recent weeks.

In terms of shots, Brentford managed only five in Forest's last game but prior to that the 'against' tallies were 24-15-19. Forest's average for the season as a whole is 15.5.

That adds weight to the Eze selections, while it's also enough for us to add Wilfried Zaha 1+ shot on target to the Bet Builder.

Zaha has managed this in nine of his last 11 outings and last time out he played through the middle, something which, if repeated, should only increase his chances of firing off those shots.

Put the bets together and the treble produces odds of just over 9/2.
