Three games into the season and Coventry are still on the hunt for their first points of the Premier League campaign. The schedule's been brutal for Frank Lampard's side though. 

They were welcomed back to the big time with a 3-0 defeat at reigning champions Arsenal, then they were mauled (sucker punched) by play-off winners Hull in their second game and they were unfortunate to lose at the Etihad in their last outing. 

Manchester City created a fair few chances, but the Sky Blues grew into the game, defended resolutely, and created more than enough big chances to equalise. 

They could head into the September international break without a win, or worse still pointless, at this rate.

Before a trip to the City Ground they welcome Brighton and although the visitors have made a topsy-turvey start to the 26/27 season, this looks like another tough test for the Sky Blues.

The Seagulls annihilated an out-of-sorts Aston Villa on matchday one, lost a seven goal thriller with Chelsea and then despite drawing, we outplayed for the majority of their most recent game with Leeds. 

Leeds' should have put the game to bed in the first half but didn't, Brighton improved as the game went on and had a guilt edge chance of their own to nick it at the death. 

All things considered, I think Brighton's price to win at 1.9420/21 with the Exchange is the way to play this one. They should have boasted a 100% record at top flight new boys last season but were somehow beaten at Elland Road despite doing enough to win that game comfortably. 

And they should have too much for Coventry.

Manchester City have made a faultless start to the Premier League season, coming from behind to score twice late and beat Bournemouth in the first game, they battered Crystal Palace 4-1 before edging out a stubborn Coventry side in matchday three. 

Enzo Maresca was purring after their latest victory, praising his side's patience and control against a disciplined low block. 

But the Cityzens looked vulnerable defensively against the Sky Blues, conceding three 'big chances' to the recently promoted side. 

And this defensive fragility could come under scrutiny at Old Trafford against a Manchester United team which has thrived against the biggest and best sides in the division under Michael Carrick. 

Since he took charge, no Premier League side took more points than the Red Devils last term. His tutelage started with a 2-0 home win in the Manchester derby and his side also won at Arsenal, Chelsea and at home to Liverpool. 

In terms of the betting, Kobbie Mainoo's price to be fouled 2+ times at 13/102.30 with the Sportsbook appeals. 

It's landed in each of his last two league appearances and the Cityzens will target him if they want to stop United playing. Plus, Enzo Fernandez committed three fouls on Tuesday against Porto.
