After picking up an odds-against winner in La Liga, Kev's on the hunt for more Spanish success.

Valencia still not safe from the drop

Los Che to come unstuck
Villarreal kept alive their hopes of a Champions League spot last night, as they dismissed Cadiz 2-0, landing our Bet Builder with room to spare. Inspired by our success, we'll stay in Spain a little while longer, because Mallorca are up against Valencia and it could be an intriguing game.
Valencia took a step towards safety with a hugely controversial 1-0 win over Real Madrid at the weekend, a match that saw Real star Vinicius Junior racially abused. Los Che have been ordered to close part of their stadium for five matches as a result. Away from the frankly disgraceful treatment of the Brazilian winger, it was a very important win for Ruben Baraja's side.
However, Valencia seem underpriced for the win here when you consider they aren't yet safe from the drop and have won just two of their last 13 away games in La Liga. They have lost nine of the last 11 away from the Mestalla.
Mallorca are safe, but recent home wins against struggling sides like Cadiz and Getafe suggest the island side are capable of beating the chaff at Son Moix. Indeed, Los Piratas have won seven of their last 12 at home, and bizarrely their only home defeat in that spell was against rock-bottom Elche.
I'll use the Sportbook's Bet Builder to back Mallorca/Draw Double Chance and Over 7.5 Corners at 2.0811/10. Both teams average above eight corners per game, and indeed Valencia's games average above ten.
