Back Both Teams To Score
Pacos Ferreira v Santa Clara
Saturday 15:30
In Spain last night, our Cadiz bet was brought down by a 105th-minute penalty for Getafe, who salvaged a 2-2 draw. We go again.
We've crossed Iberia and come to Portugal today for a basement battle in the Primeira Liga game. Rock-bottom Pacos Ferreira are hosting second-bottom Santa Clara and we fancy both teams to get on the score sheet.
Pacos are 10 points shy of safety and the visitors are only three points better off. With 10 matches to go after this one, a draw doesn't really cut it for either side, so we expect them to play with some ambition.
Home and away, Pacos have scored in 7/9 - make that 7/8 if you discount a game with league leaders Benfica. At the other end, Cesar Peixoto's men are yet to keep a clean sheet in 12 home games this season. BTTS has been the right bet in four of the last five.
Jorge Simao's visitors have finally found their shooting boots. They've netted in 5/6 home and away. Their big problem is at the other end, where they've conceded at least twice in 6/7. With two such poor defences going head to head today, we'll take evens or better about both teams getting on the score sheet.
