Gunners looking to hit back after shock loss
Like all fans, Arsenal supporters have spent a fair portion of the international break keeping everything crossed that their players come back healthy.
But for this latest interruption of the Premier League progamme, they will have been fretting even more due to their team heading into it on the wrong end of a 3-0 spanking at Brighton.
That came as quite the shock. Champions Arsenal were making serene progress both home and abroad after seven straight wins in league and cup but that result raised a few question marks even though they remain clear 1/21.50 favourites to win the title.
Perhaps part of that short price is the uncertain future facing leaders Manchester City. One man who doesn't have an uncertain future is Gunners boss Mikel Arteta after he put pen to a new four-year contract earlier this week.
Leeds on the up
Leeds have something that Arsenal do not - an unbeaten record in the Premier League this season.
Along with Manchester City, Liverpool, Everton and Brentford, they're yet to taste defeat and, like the latter three, have nine points after two wins and three draws. Leeds start the weekend in fifth due to a superior goal difference over the two Merseyside clubs.
Last season, Leeds' early-season trip to The Emirates resulted in a 5-0 spanking which made sense at the time as Daniel Farke's newly-promoted side were struggling.
Harder to fathom was the 0-4 home hammering at Elland Road after Leeds had completely turned a corner. That loss and a last-minute defeat to Newcastle were their only defeats in a 16-match run in all competitions so it stood out like a sore thumb.
Do last season's results suggest Arteta has Farke's number? It seems that way when noting that the Arsenal boss has won all four encounters against his rival manager.
In fact, the Gunners have won nine of their last 10 Premier League games against Leeds (one draw) and have done so by an aggregate of 24-5 in the last seven.
But this is a very different Leeds. Their unbeaten run is based on a solid defence which has conceded just three goals so far. That's one fewer than Arsenal, who are held up as the masters of defending. Then again, three of those came at Brighton.
For this one, Arsenal are just 1/31.33 to get back to winning ways, while Leeds are a hefty 7/18.00. The Draw is also inflated at 4/15.00.
Leeds, and others, have been shown the way by Brighton although the shock value may now have disappeared.
But I do think the Whites can push the Gunners hard here. Arsenal to win by a single goal is an option but preference is for Arsenal to win and Both Teams to Score at 13/53.60 as I believe that Leeds can get under the home side's skin and nick a goal at some point.

*Last six meetings
The international break produced contrasting outcomes for two of Arsenal's frontmen.
Kai Havertz, who has started all five of the Gunners' Premier League matches so far, picked up a hamstring injury when away with Germany, while Viktor Gyokeres netted in all four of Sweden's Nations League outings.
That suggest Gyokeres could get the nod and, as well as having form and hunger, the striker has a notable record against Leeds.
In this fixture last season Gyokeres scored a brace while he also netted in the 4-0 stroll at Elland Road.
With goals expected, Dominic Calvert-Lewin stands out as the most likely man to grab one for Leeds.
He'll be fresh after seeing minimal action for England and can continue his impressive start to the season which has produced three goals in the last four Premier League matches.
A goalscorer double on Gyokeres and DCL pays 11/112.00.
