Third-placed Stockport can secure their play-off place by beating Port Vale when they host the relegated team on Tuesday. That would mean the Hatters could rest key players on Saturday with the play-offs in mind.
Remaining Fixtures: Port Vale (H), Barnsley (A)
The Yorkshire club need to return to their level of form from earlier in the season if they are to secure their place in the play-offs and challenge for promotion. They have failed to win their last four (D3L1) and go to an Exeter City team fighting to stay in the division on the final day.
Remaining Fixtures: Exeter (A)
Another side that have wobbled lately after putting themselves in a good position earlier in the campaign, Stevenage sit sixth with Luton breathing down the necks ahead of the final round. If they beat midtable Wigan at home this weekend, Stevenage will be assured of their play-offs spot.
Remaining Fixtures: Wigan (H)
The other Hatters are mad for it as the end of the campaign nears, winning five and drawing one of their last six in the league. In the midst of that run, they also claimed the Football League Trophy - a massive boon for rookie manager Jack Wilshere. A trip to Bolton on the final day is a tough assignment but Wilshere's men are on a wonderful run.
Remaining Fixtures: Bolton (A)
The west country outfit are the outsiders here and sit eighth in the League 1 table. An impressive run of three wins and two draws in their last five, as well as a trip to relegated basement club Northampton, means the Pilgrims' journey may not be over yet.
Remaining Fixtures: Northampton (A)
Who will be relegated from League 1?
At the opposite end of the table, there is still a final relegation place to be filled.
Exeter City 1/91.11 currently occupy that place and are two points from safety ahead of their meeting with Bradford. The Grecians' fate is not in their hands which is one reason why they are such a short price for the drop.
Leyton Orient 9/25.50 are at home to Burton for their final match of the season. The east London team are two points above Exeter but the Grecians have superior goal difference by four.
