It's Manchester City v Inter Milan in the Champions League final on 10 June and Betfair punters are in little doubt that the Premier League club will win...

Manchester City will win the Champions League final against Inter Milan in Istanbul on 10 June, according to Betfair Exchange punters.

Pep Guardiola's men are 1.4740/85 on the Exchange to win the final inside 90 minutes after they swept aside Real Madrid 4-0 in the second leg of their semi-final.

The Citizens, who could win the Premier League title this weekend and play Manchester United in the FA Cup final, are 8/13 on Betfair Sportsbook to win the Treble.

Inter were impressive in their 3-0 aggregate win over AC Milan but Simeone Inzhagi's team are 7.613/2 to win the final in normal time.

The draw, which would lead to extra-time and possibly penalties, is 5.14/1.

City odds-on for Treble after mauling Madrid

City were ruthless against Madrid at the Etihad on Wednesday night, putting the Champions League holders to the sword with two goals in each half.

At a stage of the competition at which they have often choked, Guardiola's team made no such mistake.

It is not difficult to see why they are odds-on to win the final against Inter and to complete the treble.

They must not take Inter lightly, and the Italian side will know that they have won this competition while City lost the final in 2021 to Chelsea. City are the overwhelming favourites, though, and it is not difficult to see why.

Erling Haaland has made the headlines this season in the Champions League, with 12 goals, but against Madrid it was other players who found the net.,

Kevin de Bruyne scored City's crucial goal in the first leg, Bernardo Silva (pictured above) hit a brace in the second while Manuel Akanji and Julian Alvarez also chipped in.

Punters doubt United can stop City

Only Manchester United have done the treble - in 1999 - and the Red Devils will get their chance to make sure that remains the case when they play City in the FA Cup final on 3 June.

But Betfair punters are convinced the Cup will wear Blue ribbons at full-time at Wembley. City are 1.331/3 in the competition winner market where United are 3.929/10.

City are four points clear at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand over Arsenal.

The Citizens host Chelsea on Sunday and, should Arsenal lose at Nottingham Forest on Saturday, the Citizens could wrap up their third consecutive title this weekend.
