Timeform run the rule over three horses from big jumps stables.
Valleyofthedolls (Alan King) showed she had plenty of potential in bumpers and made a winning debut in a mares' novice hurdle at Southwell on February 17. She jumped and travelled fluently and was always in control when taking over two out. Unsurprisingly, the longer trip didn't pose a problem and she should improve on this promising start.
Pasco (Paul Nicholls) isn't sure to go to Cheltenham, his connections having reservations over his effectiveness on the galloping track after last year's capitulation in the Supreme Novices', but he earned a tilt at graded company in the near future following his win in a novice chase at Huntingdon last Thursday (pictured). An excellent jumper, he's been most impressive in winning his last two races and was never flat out to maintain his advantage, beating Idarah with plenty to spare.
Pipo De Re (Miss Venetia Williams) was unable to justify warm favouritism in a handicap chase at Towcester on Sunday, yet did more than enough to suggest that it won't be long before he breaks his duck in that sphere, unable to quite match one who continues to progress, but doing little wrong besides, including in terms of jumping.
