Timeform Horse In Focus Rossa Raheen caught the eye of the race analysts (sectional flag) when flashing home and showing much improved form over a two-furlong-longer trip at Newbury on her handicap debut. She did well, given the lack of pace and looking a 'surefire future winner of a similar event'.

Royal Poetry and Jazzy Baby should set a strong enough pace here which will suit. Coming from the family of Melbourne Cup winner Without A Fight, there should be plenty more to come when Rossa Raheen's stamina is drawn out. 

David Probert (1/1 for the yard) takes over in the saddle and, although this is far from a penalty kick, with Royal Poetry, Affection, Morven and Regal Charm all of interest, this clear top-rated filly looks the best bet on the card.

Maid In Devon showed improved form to get off the mark over course and distance last month and has scope for further improvement given her pedigree.  

With Oisin Murphy taking over from George Wood ('jockey uplift' flag), a 5lb rise in the weights looks manageable for this half-sister to the two-time listed winner Adaay In Devon. 

Rod Millman knows the family well, and this progressive three-year-old, who narrowly tops Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings, is fancied to win again.

According to the Timeform pace prediction of 'very strong', this could be run to suit the in-form Trilby and he's taken to resume winning ways. 

Top on weight-adjusted ratings, the Sam England-trained sprinter was running under a penalty for his Haydock win 28 hours earlier when doing well under the circumstances on the Knavesmire, given he was forced to challenge widest from such a high stall. 

Better drawn here, and with the race likely to suit, he's fancied to strike late in the piece.
