Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta — Rice is said to be Arteta's top transfer target

Arsenal will make an offer worth £90m for Declan Rice in a bid to strengthen their midfield with the England man.

The Gunners are 4/61.67 to win the race to sign Rice this summer.

Rice is currently preparing for West Ham's Europa Conference League final and does not wish to discuss his future until afterwards.

He is as long as 9/110.00 to stay at the east London club, though, and his suitors know this summer is their chance to land him.

As well as Arsenal, Rice has also been lined with German champions Bayern Munich 4/15.00.

It was reported today that Thomas Tuchel has spoken with the player about a potential move. Bayern are said to be keen to not lose out to Arsenal and could make a £95m offer for the player.

Chelsea 6/17.00 and Manchester United 15/28.50 are also interested in the Hammers captain but at the moment it looks to come down to a battle between Arsenal and Bayern.
