Paul Higham has an 11/2 Bet Builder for Monday's big basement battle in La Liga...
- Elche still without a league win this season
- Enes Unal has a shot on target in 9 of 11 league games
- Last three Getafe away games have had under 2.5 goals in them
Elche still haven't won a game in la Liga this season, but they're favourites to win on Monday night as they host fellow strugglers Getafe.
Getafe have won just twice themselves in this campaign, but they are unbeaten in their last three away games (W1 D2) and have scored in four out of five on the road.
And with Elche boss Jorge Almiron winless in 19 league games and his side conceding a league-worst 26 goals in this campaign it's tough to see why they'd be favoured - even against this Getafe side.
It's certainly tough to predict the outcome between two sides in such poor form - the draw priced at 2/1 holds some appeal as they've both drawn three of the last five.
Goals are also tricky to predict - as they've been flying in during Elche away games, but at home they've scored just three times and depend on the away team filling their boots for games to eclipse 2.5 goals in them.
Whether Getafe can do play that role here, after three away games on the spin going under 2.5 goals, is another story.
What's perhaps most likely here is for a tense, low-scoring scrappy affair with a few cards being shown between the teams with the third (Elche) and ninth (Getafe) mnost bookings in the league.
Elche have more cards but at home they're a bit better behaved while Getafe have split their 30 bookings equally - so they're worth backing to have more cards than the hosts.
Enes Unal is the player focus for this one, with the Turkey forward having a shot on target in nine of 11 league games this season - and just one here against this poor Elche side boosts our Bet Builder nicely.
