Despite the English season having got under way, it's a poor fixture list for props punters on Monday.
No EFL Cup ties have been moved to this date, Sky Sports opting to show a game from the Northern Irish league instead.
It's fair to say I know little about that competition.
Neither am I an expert on the Swedish Allsvenskan but at least there's something of an angle in that competition to go at.
High-flying Malmo will go back into second place in the table if they avoid defeat here and, frankly, that's something they should do - the market has them at 1/51.20 for the win.
The hosts have been free-scoring, netting 38 in just 17 games so far, with Isaac Kiese Thelin leading the way.
The Swede is the joint top-scorer in the Allsvenskan with 12 goals from his 15 matches.
Given those stats, it's perhaps unsurprising to see him at 8/13 for a goal in this game but when you consider he's actually only scored in seven of his 15 appearances, that price looks less good.
Clearly that means he's scored multiple goals in several games - Thelin has landed the 2+ goals bets four times. In home games, he's scored at least twice in three of eight.
It's also worth noting that he's played the full 90 minutes in 12 of those 15 games and completed at least 85 in 14 of them.
At 3/14.00, that looks the value bet here, especially when you consider Halmstads shipped five goals at home to bottom side Varbergs last weekend, a result which came in the same month as a 6-0 defeat at Skovde.
Malmo have won seven of nine (one draw) at home and conceded only 15 in their 17 games (all venues) so far. Halmstads have scored only 17 goals in the same period.
Therefore, the home win can be confidently coupled with Thelin to score a brace in a Bet Builder which pays around 10/34.33.
That will do just fine on a quiet day.
