The Dijon was indeed hot enough for us last night, as a 1-1 draw delivered our BTTS bet to get us on the board in a tough week. We'll stay in France, because Lyon are up against Reims in Ligue 1, and I have put together a Bet Builder at a shade above evens.

Lyon have completely turned their season around under Pierre Sage, who has succeeded in the dugout where predecessors Laurent Blanc and Fabio Grosso spectacularly failed. OL were seriously staring down the barrel of relegation in the early part of the season, but they have managed a run of nine wins in 12 to propel themselves into the safety of mid-table.

Some of Lyon's mid-season signings have given the club a boost, with Said Benrahma and Orel Mangala poached from the Premier League, and Malick Fofana and Gift Orban switching over from Belgian football. After a few high-profile mis-steps, it appears American owner John Textor might have finally got his act together.

Reims continue to be led impressively by the in-demand Will Still, and their recent 2-2 draw at PSG caught the eye. Reims are an impressive ninth in Ligue 1, only four points off the European spots. After a sticky spell at the end of 2023, Reims have righted the ship, losing just three of their last 10.

The first leg of our Bet Builder is Both Teams To Score. That has paid out in nine of Reims' last 15 games, and they have found the net in 21 of their 26 league games. If you look at the 12 games that have represented Lyon's revival, they have scored in 11 of them.

I'll back six or more corners, and back Alexandre Lacazette to have a shot on target. The former Arsenal striker has hit the target in nine of his last 11 Ligue 1 matches, and he's rattled in 13 league goals in another impressive campaign.

That gives us a combined price of 2.0421/20.
