Michael Beale has struggled to deliver clean sheets in his early days as Rangers boss

Tobias Gourlay's expecting to be entertained as Rangers chase all three points at Ibrox this afternoon

  • Rangers have conceded six in four at Ibrox

  • St Johnstone have scored in 7/9 away games

  • Back Rangers to win & Over 2.5 Goals

Rangers v St Johnstone
Saturday 15:00

In Spain last night, Almeria beat Espanyol 3-1 to land our BTTS bet and guarantee us a profit for the week.

We're north of the border today for the Scottish Premiership game between Rangers and St Johnstone. The hosts need to win to put a semblance of pressure on Celtic at the top of the table, and we reckon they should get the result they want - with a few goals along the way.

Since Michael Beale took over at Ibrox, the Gers are W6-D1-L0 - only leaders Celtic have stopped them from winning. The interesting thing for us is that Beale's men have conceded six times across four appearances on their patch (3-2, 3-0, 2-2, 3-2).

Eighth-placed St Johnstone are W3-D1-L6 on the road this term. They've lost 5/5 travelling to teams currently alongside Rangers in the top five. However, the Saints have scored at least once on 7/9 road trips since they lost 4-0 at Ibrox right at the start of this season. Whether they get thrashed again, or chip in with the odd goal of their own, we're taking the Rangers/Over 2.5 Goals double.
