In the Netherlands last night, Jong AZ and Jong Ajax stopped the ding dong at 1-1 to leave us short on our goals bet.
We're in Spain today for the Friday-night game from the Segunda Division. Granada, who were relegated from La Liga last season, are hosting Albacete, who are newly promoted from the third tier, and they're neck and neck in the league table.
Eighth-placed Granada are W5-D2-L0 on home turf, as they've cashed in against weaker outfits. Aitor Karanka's men are a perfect W5-D0-L0 hosting teams now in the bottom half of the table. Against top-half outfits, they have managed a pair of goalless draws.
Albacete are ninth, so just in the top half, but they have also made themselves hard to beat this season. Ruben Alves's men are W5-D7-L3 so far. On the road, they are an even more robust W3-D3-L1. The Clockwork Cheese have drawn all of their most recent three away games - against the sides now 1st, 5th and 11th. Granada are close to even money for this one, but we'll take a punt on Albacete to hold out for another share of the spoils.
