An early-season injury to Tyrone Mings denied Villa their main aerial threat from set pieces and they've subsequently had to adapt.
Summer signing Pau Torres and Ezri Konsa are now the two centre-backs and while it took the pair a while to get going in terms of set-play threat, they are beginning to deliver, certainly in terms of shots.
Torres, who often got on the end of corners and free kicks at former club Villarreal, has managed a least one shot in three of his last five games.
And Konsa has delivered on the 1+ shot bet in five of his last seven.
This looks a great opportunity for those stats to improve.
Tottenham remain without both first-choice centre-backs - Cristian Romero is suspended and Micky van de Ven injured - so Eric Dier and Ben Davies look set to start again.
Last time out, Wolves had five shots from set pieces in a game Spurs lost in injury time.
And it seems unlikely the pair has been putting in the hours on the training pitch to get that element tightened up - Davies has been away with Wales for the majority of the past two weeks.
In short, Villa, who sit only one point behind their hosts, have a good chance of exploiting Spurs' problems and backing their two central defenders to have at least one shot each is worth a try at around 7/24.50.
To take the price north of 5/16.00, you could add Matty Cash in the same market - the Poland international is the Premier League's leading defender for shots so far.
However, six of his 19 shots came in one game, while he may well have his hands full going the other way in this contest, so I'll stick with his defensive colleagues.
