Transfers Latest: Chelsea want Rice and Everton target Rodriguez

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti
Can Ancelotti persuade Rodriguez to wear an Everton shirt next season?

"The Colombian has endured six underwhelming years since lighting up World Cup 2014 and is 3/10 to sign for Everton in this window."

Chelsea spending isn't over, United could battle Inter for Kante and Everton aim to pull off the transfer coup of the summer, reports Max Liu...

Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Ben Chilwell and Thiago Silva is set to agree terms at Stamford Bridge, so is that it for their summer spending? Not according to Sportsbook which makes Declan Rice 4/6 to join Silva at the heart of the Blues' backline.

Frank Lampard spent the early part of the summer sprucing up his attack, bringing in Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech, with Kai Havertz said to be on the brink of joining too. But the Chelsea manager knows he needs to reinforce his defence and that's why he wants Rice.

The West Ham player is 4/1 to move to Manchester United instead, should the Red Devils decide to firm up their longstanding interest. Fans of the Old Trafford club are getting anxious, as the likelihood of bringing in Jadon Sancho 8/11 recedes.

One move that could suit both Chelsea and United could see Ngolo Kante move between the clubs, as Lampard tries to reduce his wage bill and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seeks balance in midfield. Kante has worked well alongside Paul Pogba for France.

Kante is 4/6 to move to United, although Inter 13/5 have also shown interest. The Frenchman could fit the bill for the Italian club as Antonio Conte, who got the best out of Kante at Chelsea, continues to target Premier League players who can cut it in Serie A.

United have also been linked with Jack Grealish but he's out to 3/1 to join them (7/5 to go to Arsenal). The Villa captain was a surprise omission from Gareth Southgate's England squad this week, fuelling speculation that he might need to make the move to a bigger club if he's to break into the national team in time for next summer's Euros.

Can Ancelotti sell Everton to Rodriguez?

One man who knows about starring at an international tournament is James Rodriguez. The Colombian has endured six underwhelming years since lighting up World Cup 2014 and is 3/10 to sign for Everton in this window.

Carlo Ancelotti is reported to have been instrumental in persuading Rodriguez to take a chance on the Toffees. He played under the Italian at Madrid and while on loan at Bayern Munich.

We've heard all about who might be leaving Barcelona but players will come in at the Nou Camp too this summer. Today there are reports that Manchester City's Gabriel Jesus is a target. The Brazilian is evens to make the move and the Catalan club may try to sign him if Lionel Messi goes the other way.
