In the latest transfer rumours Bellerin looks PSG-bound, Kante is on his way to Inter and United's move for Sancho could be back on. Max Liu reports on the betting...

"Messi is 8/15 to sign for City this summer after telling Barca he wanted to leave."

Hector Bellerin is on the verge of swapping the English capital for the French as the odds indicate he will join Paris Saint-Germain from Arsenal this summer.

The defender, who played in the Community Shield for Arsenal last Saturday, looks set to leave the club he joined in 2012 and is 4/9 to sign for the Champions League finalists.

Barcelona are 6/1 to sign Bellerin, who's made three appearances for the Spanish national team, and Bayern Munich are the same price.

PSG, though, are in pole position and are reported to have bid £30m for Bellerin as Thomas Tuchel tries to bring in a right-back this summer. Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has been told by his board that they need to sell this summer after the signings of Willian, Gabriel and Pablo Mari.

Another player on his way out of London could be N'Golo Kante who is said to be surplus to requirements at Chelsea.

The French World Cup winner still has plenty to offer at 29 and Antonio Conte sees him as a player who could potentially bring balance to Inter's midfield as they try to end Juventus' stranglehold on Serie A. Kante is 13/5 to sign for the Nerazzurri.

He won the Premier League under Conte at Chelsea but in the past two seasons the Frenchman has been played out of position by successive managers. Manchester United 5/1 are rated his next most likely suitors.

That would make sense, as Kante has partnered with Paul Pogba successfully for France, and would be a good replacement for the ageing Nemanja Matic. So far, however, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has shown little interest in signing the Chelsea man.

This summer's most tiresome transfer saga is reportedly back on, with United saying they won't give up on trying to sign Jadon Sancho unless he publicly commits his future to Dortmund.

United have, in the meantime, turned their attention to defence and, in particular, Dayot Upamecano - the French centre-back who currently plays for RB Leipzig. United are 6/5 to sign him, although Bayern 7/2 could compete with them.

Messi and Barca set for showdown talks

Manchester City, meanwhile, are on tenterhooks as Lionel Messi's agent and father open talks with Barcelona about getting the player out of the club. Messi is 8/15 to sign for City this summer after telling Barca he wanted to leave.

The Catalan club, however, are expected to dig in and offer Messi a new contract. He can be backed at 15/8 to stay at Barcelona beyond the current transfer window. Messi's representatives say a clause in his current contract means he can leave on a free transfer but the club say the clause has expired.

The deadlock between the parties needs to be broken or it could end up with an unhappy Messi stuck at Barca or even a bitter court case.
