Spurs and Newcastle to share the points
Everton have won four of their last five (L1) in the league at home to Chelsea and the Toffees may fancy their chances of beating Mauricio Pochettino's inconsistent side here.
Chelsea have conceded 24 goals in their 15 Premier League games this season, their joint most at this stage of a season. The 194 shots they have faced is their most after 15 games in a season that Opta has on record (since 2003-04).
The visitors have lost 17 Premier League games in 2023, more than they did in 2021 and 2022 combined (16), and their most for 30 years. But Everton cannot be trusted to win so we will back them double chance.
Fulham have lost five of their last six Premier League games against West Ham United (D1) and the Cottagers are without a win in 11 London derbies. But they would be buoyed by their 5-0 win over Nottingham Forest in midweek, their biggest topflight win since 2012.
The hosts' last three Premier League games have seen 17 goals scored (11 for, six against), with Fulham scoring three times in every game. Only against Everton and Southampton (both five) does Fulham's Raúl Jiménez have more Premier League goals than versus West Ham (4). The Mexican has score three in his last four appearances so is one to back here.
These two haven't met since a third tier clash in 1999 so the most pertinent stat may be that Manchester City have won 13 of their last 14 Premier League games against newly promoted sides (D1).
Manchester City are winless in their last four Premier League matches (D3 L1) and, while they will bounce back at some point, is it likely to be at a ground where Arsenal conceded three and Liverpool could only snatch a draw?
City are more than capable of winning here but Luton should be good for a goal or two, so we will back the champions, over 2.5 goals and both teams to score.
Tottenham lost both Premier League games against Newcastle last season but under Ange Postecoglou the hosts have won their last three Premier League home games against sides that finished last season in the top four.
That bodes well for Spurs, as does their 2-2 draw at Manchester City last Sunday, so will we back them to win here?
Newcastle have a big Champions League game on Wednesday but, rather than seeing that as a distraction, Eddie Howe's men will want to go into it off the back of a decent result.
The Magpies have lost just two of their last 16 Premier League games played on a Sunday (W9 D5) and they have a good record in London, unbeaten in their last eight Premier League games in London (W4 D4). Spurs are winless in all four of their Sunday games this term (D3 L1).
