Is Levy's reign at Spurs set to end?

Betfair opened markets on Spurs' crisis, with the latest prices on Levy, Kane and Son to leave, the club to finish in the Premier League's bottom half and much more following yesterday's humiliating 6-1 defeat at Newcastle...

Daniel Levy's reign as Tottenham chairman is 7/4 to end this summer after the club's season unravelled with their disastrous 6-1 defeat at Newcastle.

Betfair optened a raft of Spurs in Crisis specials markets following their extraordinary humbling, which saw them go 5-0 down within the first 21 minutes, at St James' Park.

Their pathetic performance left fans furious while punters must ponder whether floundering interim boss Cristian Stellini, who has so far presided over just one win in his four matches in charge, can arrest their slide.

Julian Nagelsmann is the 5/2 favourite to be Tottenham's next permanent manager. The ex-Bayern boss, who was ruled out of the running for the Chelsea job on Friday, is said to be open to taking the north London vacancy.

Spurs 200/1 to lose all remaining matches

For all that Steillini looks out of his depth in the dugout, it is Levy at whom most fans will aim their fury.

He has been the chairman since 2001 but Spurs fans are unhappy with the way he has run the club since the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino in 2019.

A string of unsuccessful appointments - Jose Mourinho, Nuno Espirito Santo and Antonio Conte - have seen the club underachieving. Mourinho and Conte both said working at the club was impossible and both are being proved right. Yesterday's loss was a nadir.

Could it get worse? Tottenham are 16/1 to remain winless for the rest of the season and 200/1 to lose their next six matches.

Next up they host Manchester United on Thursday. You can get 33/1 on United scoring five.

The futures of key players Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are up in the air and the price on both leaving in the summer is 11/2.
