With 13 matches to go the finish line is starting to come into view and, although there is plenty of time for a twist or two, ahead of Matchday 26 in the Premier League Mikel Arteta's men are 2/111.18 to end their club's 22 year wait for the title. Going into this round, the Gunners were six points clear of second-placed Manchester City and a win over Brentford on Thursday would be another tricky stop ticked off on the road to glory.

At the start of the season, few punters would have had Brentford being level with champions Liverpool after 25 matches. But Keith Andrews' men have quietly made big strides this season, seeing off fears that they would struggle after the departure of Thomas Frank to Tottenham, and climbing to seventh. They are 11/43.75 to finish in the top six and have European football in their sights. This could turn out to be their best even season.
That said, here's one stat that may concern the hosts. Brentford lost 2-0 against Nottingham Forest in their last home league game, ending a seven game unbeaten run at the Gtech Stadium. Since the start of last season, they've only lost consecutive home league games twice, the first time of which was a 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest followed by a loss to Arsenal.
Bet #1 - Back Gunners to cover one goal handicap
The Stat
Arsenal lost their first Premier League away game 2-0 against Brentford but have since won their last three by an aggregate score of 7-1.
The Bet
Bet #2 - Back Thiago to strike again for Bees
The Stat
Brentford's Igor Thiago has scored nine goals in his last 10 Premier League home games, netting four braces in that run. Only Erling Haaland (5) has scored multiple goals in more different home matches this term.
The Bet
Bet #3 - Backing 0-0 could be route to a big win
The Stat
Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 12 midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Premier League games (W9 D3). However, they're without a win or a goal (D1 L2) in any of their last three specifically on Thursdays.
This is just Brentford's fourth Premier League game played on a Thursday - they lost 2-0 at Spurs in December 2021, beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 in May 2025 and drew 0-0 with Spurs last month.
