Philadelphia are making a strong charge for the MLS CUp

“Union’s strength is clearly their defence, as underlined by their goals-against record, which is the best in MLS by a full six goals.”

Pandora Hughes has lined up another weekend ACCA and she's predicting a draw in the weekend's big MLS Eastern Conference clash.

Bet 1: Back Orlando to draw with Philadelphia at 12/5

Philadelphia were beaten Eastern Conference finalists last season but this time are leading the way in the East, topping the table after a hard-fought victory over New England last weekend, although NYCFC are close behind them.

Union's strength is clearly their defence, as underlined by their goals-against record, which is the best in MLS by a full six goals. They aren't the most dynamic team in attack, however, and have drawn nine so far this season.

That suggests an angle for this game, bearing in mind that Orlando are a similarly resolute defensive team, with limited creative capacity. This should be a fascinating clash, but is unlikely to be a high-scoring one and the draw looks the best option.

Bet 2: Back Westover to win King George and Queen Elizabeth Stakes at 11/8

Saturday's racing action includes one of the most prestigious events on the flat racing calendar: the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes.

Just six horses will line up for this renewal, but the field includes some of the best middle-distance competitors around, including five-year-old Mishriff, who sets a high standard and Epsom winner Emily Upjohn, re-routed after missing the Irish Oaks.

The standout contender, though, is Westover, who, with a bit more luck in running, could be heading to Ascot as a double Derby winner. The way that he destroyed a high-class field at the Curragh was comparable to his sire Frankel's exploits and he looks a solid bet to give Ralph Beckett his first ever win in this race.

Bet 3: Back Toronto to beat Charlotte at 23/20

After four defeats from their last five, Toronto are in desperate need of reinforcements as they try to salvage their season. Fortunately for Bob Bradley and his beleaguered squad, help is on the way, in the form of Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernadeschi, who are both in line to make their debut against Charlotte.

Charlotte - like most teams in the East - are above Toronto in the table, but they seem to be quite a fragile team. They conceded three goals in the last half an hour to lose their latest match against Inter Miami and have only won one of their last 11 away games, so this looks like an ideal opportunity for the home side to grab a win.

Total Odds for this ACCA: 16/1. Remember, multiple prices are based on our Sportsbook product, so any winnings are exempt from commission.
