Bet 1: Under 2.5 Goals in Juventus v Lazio @ 5/6 - KO 19:45 BST
The first proper match of the Italian season sees Juventus take on Lazio in the Italian Super Cup and the value appears to be on backing two goals or fewer.
Juventus made it all the way through to the Champions League Final last year and while that ended in disappointment, it still has to go down as a very good season for the Old Lady.
Their success was once again built on a solid defence and while the addition of Gonzalo Higuain did enable them to be a bit more potent in the attacking third, they still had 16 league games go under 2.5 goals.
Opponents, Lazio, have done well in pre-season as they have won all four of their friendlies - conceding just one goal in the process. They could only finish in fifth place in Serie A last term and, with 51 goals conceded, it is apparent that manager, Simone Inzaghi, has been focusing on addressing that issue over the summer.
Bet 2: Back Neymar to score @ 8/11 - KO 20:00 BST
The world's most expensive player makes his debut at Guingamp of all places this evening and even though he might not play all 90 minutes, I fully expect Neymar to score.
Make no mistake about it, there will be a huge amount of pressure on the Brazilian's shoulders, but he's coped with this kind of thing before and I doubt it will phase him.
His PSG teammates will also be wanting him to get off to a flyer and I'm confident that they will be trying to set him up at every opportunity, as well as letting him have free kicks and penalties.
Bet 3: Back Sport Recife @ 3/4 - KO 20:00 BST
We conclude in Brazil for a Campeonato fixture between Sport Recife and Ponte Preta and I'm backing the hosts to take all three points.
Sport's fantastic run of form has stalled in recent weeks but they have had some tough fixtures during that run and this is arguably the easiest since their 4-0 thrashing of Atletico GO back in July.
Vanderlei Luxemburgo's have won three of their last five in Recife, with their sole defeat coming against Palmeiras. Ponte Preta on the other hand have fallen to three defeats on their last four outings on their travels and they have won just one away game since a 3-0 victory at Santa Cruz, way back in June 2016.
A home win would keep Sport in the top six as they continue their push for a Copa Libertadores place, while the visitors are down in 14th - just four points clear of the drop zone.
