Europa League betting after draw for last 16

Liverpool are 15/28.50 favourites on the Betfair Sportsbook to win the Europa League after drawing Sparta Prague in the last 16.

The Reds will take on the Czech team across two legs on 7 and 14 March as Jurgen Klopp bids to end his reign at Anfield with another major trophy.

The final will be played at Dublin's Aviva Stadium on 22 May so if Liverpool get there, it will be Klopp's last match in charge, as the Premier League season finishes three days prior.

The German side Bayer Leverkusen are 3/14.00 second favourites and managed by Xabi Alonso, the 7/101.70 favourite to succeed Klopp at Anfield.

Brighton, West Ham, Rangers in Europa League

Brighton are 10/111.00, and fourth in the outright winner market, after they landed a tie against Roma who recently sacked Jose Mourinho as their manager.

The Seagulls' Italian manager Roberto de Zerbi will be confident that his team can get past their Serie A opponents and continue their European adventure.

West Ham won the Europa Conference League last season and are 14/115.00 to win the Europa League in 2023/24.

To do that, David Moyes' team must get past German side Freiburg in their round of 16 tie.

Rangers have been thriving under Philippe Clement, and sit top of the Scottish Premier League, but they will face tough opponents in Portuguese giants Benfica.

Europa Conference League betting after draw

Aston Villa landed a mouthwatering tie and will play Ajax in the last 16 of the Europa Conference League.

It's been a thrilling season so far for Unai Emery's men, who are challenging for a top four finish in the Premier League, and this next chapter against the Dutch legends will be another exciting chapter.

Villa will go to Ajax on 7 March before playing the return leg seven days later.

In Emery, Villa have a manager who knows how to win European cup competitions, having steered Sevilla to Europa League glory three times.
