What is the 90-minute rule?

Football markets are settled based on the score at the end of full-time (90 minutes + injury time).

Extra-time or penalty shootouts do not count.

Example: You have placed a bet prior to kick off or during normal time on England to win. The game ends 0-0 and goes to extra-time. England win 1-0 after extra-time. Your bet would be a loser as it is settled by the result at full-time in normal time.

We also have a To Qualify market which includes extra-time and penalties to give you extra insurance for knockout games like the above example.

Why is my Extra-time Correct Score bet saying it's a loss when I guessed the correct score?

Extra-time Correct Score markets start at 0-0. Only goals scored during extra-time count.

Example: A game is 1-1 after full-time and goes to extra-time. One goal is scored in extra-time and the end score is 2-1. The Extra-time Correct Score market will be settled as 1-0 and not 2-1.

What is a Bet Builder?

A Bet Builder is a combination of two or more selections from the same game in the one bet. Click on the game you would like to place a bet on and click on 'Bet Builder' along the tab to start creating your Bet Builder.

The game I placed my Bet Builder on has been postponed. What happens to my Bet Builder?

If a match is postponed or rescheduled (due to a COVID reason for example) in line with official UEFA rules, all bets will stand. If a team is awarded a win without playing the game, your bet will be voided.

What does 'no Cash Out suspensions' mean?

Cash Out allows you to amend your original bet and lock in a profit or a loss by settling your bet (or a portion of your bet) early, without having to wait for the event to finish.

No cash out suspensions means that you will be able to cash out at any time for bets placed on any Euro 2020 fixtures, even during VAR calls or when there's a penalty. This applies to Match Odds markets on the Sportsbook, only.

I placed a bet on a player to have three or more Shots on Target, which I thought he had. Why is my bet settled as a loss?

We settle our Shots on Target markets in line with Opta Stats. A shot on target is defined as any goal attempt that:

  • Goes into the net regardless of intent.
  • Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper or is stopped by a player who is the last-man with the goalkeeper having no chance of preventing the goal (last line block).
  • Shots directly hitting the frame of the goal are not counted as shots on target, unless the ball goes in and is awarded as a goal.
  • Shots blocked by another player, who is not the last-man, are not counted as shots on target.
  • See more of Opta's Event Definitions

What happens to my bet when a game is postponed before kick-off?

If a match is postponed or rescheduled (due to a Covid-19, for example) in line with official UEFA rules, all bets will stand for when the match takes place. If a team is awarded a win without playing the game, your bet will be voided.

I placed a bet on a game that was postponed after kick-off. What happens my bet?

If a match starts but is later abandoned, all undetermined bets will be voided as long as the match is not played to a finish before midnight of its original scheduled date.

Over 2.5 corners - what does this mean?

If you place a bet for there to be over 2.5 corners in a game, this essentially means that there needs to be three or more corners in the game for your bet to be settled as a winner.

Under 4.5 Corners - what does this mean?

If you place a bet for there to be under 4.5 corners in a game, this essentially means that there needs to be four or less corners in the game for your bet to be a settled as a winner.

When will the UEFA Player of the Tournament market be settled?

UEFA will officially announce the Player of the Tournament on the night of the UEFA Euro 2020 final which is scheduled for the 11th July 2021. All bets placed on this market will be settled after the announcement.

How are bets on the Card Index Markets settled?

Bets on 'card index' are settled as follows:

  • Yellow Card = 10
  • Red Card = 25
  • If a player receives two yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, he receives a total of 35 booking points.

Extra-time and cards shown after the final whistle do not count towards the total.

Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

How are bets settled on the Total Cards Market?

Bets placed on 'Over/Under Total Cards' markets are settled based on the number of cards awarded in the game. The maximum number of cards that can be awarded to one player is two.

  • Yellow Card = 1
  • Red Card = 1
  • Yellow Card + Yellow Card (Sending Off) = 2 Cards

Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

    How are assists markets settled?

Bets placed on the number of player assists will be settled in line with Opta stats.

Goal assist means the final touch (pass, pass-cum-shot or any other touch) leading to the recipient of the ball scoring a goal.

Own goals, directly taken free kicks, direct corner goals and penalties do not get an assist awarded.

    What is an ACCA?

The ACCA or Accumulator is a multiple bet where you have two or more selections, and you need them all to win to get a return.

What is a Scorecast bet and how do I place it?

A scorecast is predicting the first goalscorer and the correct score. The first goalscorer part of the bet is governed by the same rules as first goalscorer single bets - own goals do not count and if your player either comes on before the first goal is scored or goes off without scoring, the entire bet is deemed as a loser.

Example: Harry Kane to score first and England to win 2-1.
