It's a near 19/120.00 Daily Acca for Paul Robinson today, with his five selections coming from the Premier League, Championship and League One.

  • Forest to pick up a huge win

  • Baggies to boost their promotion hopes

  • Ipswich to bounce back

Leg 1 Notts Forest (90mins) @ 13/102.30 (15:00)

The Luton Town players must be on the floor following their second half capitulation at Bournemouth during the week, and while Nottingham Forest are currently on a run of four straight defeats, it would seem that the hosts are there for the taking at the moment.

Only three points separates these two sides, but the visitors had been showing some signs of improvement under Nuno Espírito Santo. Their last four fixtures have all been tough, and with the hosts conceding goals at a rate of knots, the 13/102.30 looks like the right call.

Leg 2 West Brom (90mins) @ 4/61.67 (15:00)

Bristol City put four straight defeats behind them by beating Swansea last weekend, but a trip to the Hawthorns is a much tougher test, and I expect them to come up short.

The Baggies are currently unbeaten in five, and six of their last seven at home have resulted in victory. The sole blemish was a loss to Southampton, and while they are fighting for a Play-off place, the Robins have nothing much to play for in mid-table.

Leg 3 Ipswich (90mins) @ 1/21.50 (15:00)

Sheffield Wednesday have been one of the biggest improvers in the Championship in the latter part of the season, with Danny Röhl currently having won 12 of his 29 games in charge.

They were swept aside by Leeds at Hillsborough last time though, and things don't get any easier with a visit to Portman Road.

Ipswich also lost last weekend, as their six match winning streak came to a grinding halt at Cardiff. I fancy them to make amends in front of their own fans this afternoon - a place where they haven't lost since August.

Leg 4 Middlesbrough (90mins) @ 8/111.73 (15:00)

Middlesbrough are back in form with three victories on the spin, and while they are still five points off the top six, you wouldn't rule them out making the Play-offs again.

To do that they will have to be beating Blackburn today though, and with home advantage, I expect them to do so. Rovers are down in 18th place and haven't won since February 10th.

Since their last away win in November, they have played nine times and lost seven of them.

Leg 5 Peterborough (90mins) @ 1/12.00 (15:00)

Peterborough are even money to beat the team at the top of League One this afternoon, but Darren Ferguson has got them in rampant form at the moment, and they can close the gap on the leaders to six points today - and still have a game in hand.

Posh have won all of their last six, and they scored 17 goals during that run. It's hard to pick at Portsmouth's form, but my concern for them here is that they don't score many goals on the road, and they will need to this afternoon.

Back Nottingham Forest, West Brom, Ipswich, Middlesbrough & Peterborough all to Win @ around 20.019/1

Acca Wreckers

Even though they are only playing Rotherham, I just can't have Huddersfield at 4/61.67 in any of my bets this weekend.

The Millers have just lost 5-0 to both Coventry and Norwich, but they were both away from home, against teams that are pushing for promotion.

André Breitenreiter is the new man in charge at Huddersfield, but they are third from bottom, and they have just lost their last two under him.

Chelsea have been a regular fixture in my Acca Wreckers section this season, and they feature again at 4/111.36 against Leicester in the FA Cup on Sunday.

There is no denying that their form has improved in recent weeks, but the are conceding plenty of goals, and the Foxes have always been able to get up for the big games.
