2 goals: The order of the weekend.
The betting bank needs to grow so we are stepping it up somewhat this week. It may looks a little risky to some but we are £7.21 down on our original balance and we desperately need to get the wheels in motion here. The starting amount, like for everyone doing it right, represents an amount we can afford to lose and as stated previously that if need be we will be making the odd bold move to get things going before setting our system fully on its way. At this stage there is less to lose and when the balance increases gradually you will see us picking little other than 1 goal or more bets.
Andriy Shevchenko has urged his team mates to show some unity following the appointment of Avram Grant as Chelsea look to get back to winning ways when Fulham visit the bridge on Saturday. There is a recent history of goals when the Cottagers travel down the Kings Road for this local derby and we fancy 2 or more in this one. The price of 1.26 looks value when you consider Fulham's early season defensive form and the fact they've scored in every game this season so far.
Staying blue, Rangers face a tricky test at Motherwell in what is a lunch time kick-off this Saturday. The Gers have managed at least 2 goals in each of their 3 previous away trips this season and with Mark McGhee's men sitting 5th after an encouraging start to the season its likely Motherwell could contribute to the goal tally here. History tells us to look for a price of around 1.3 for 2 goals but with the Teddy Bears strikers in such hot form we're happy to settle for the 1.25 on offer here.
Taking on 2 goals or more at Parkhead has served us well so far this season and we will continue to be an avid backer this Saturday for Dundee United's visit to Glasgow's East End. Since the opening day stalemate with Kilmarnock the hosts have knocked 5 both past Hearts and Inverness whilst the Arabs have found the net in each of their 4 away ties this season in what has been an impressive start for the Taysiders. Where the visitors, and 2 goal backers, could flourish here is that despite the fact Celtic attack well at home they have been less than convincing at the back recently and for this reason 1.2 looks a stick on.
There are a couple of cracking prices on offer for two goals or more in both Liverpool's visit to Wigan and Arsenal's trip to West Ham. Anything above 1.3 represents value for the match at the JJB Stadium so the 1.36 on offer needs snapping up quick smart. Liverpool are playing extremely well at the moment and this price wont last long once both Gerrard and Torres are confirmed in the starting line up.
