With 12 runners we have the each-way option for the 19:00 and Mount Olympus certainly fits the bill in terms of price at 9/110.00 and Rossa Ryan holds a fabulous win record on the horse with 3-4.
It's no negative at all with Ryan on board, who makes very few mistakes on the All-Weather and he's currently on a hot streak of 20-71 at 28% showing a healthy profit of +12.00 to level stakes.
The selection was last seen over hurdles at Ludlow in February, but that was his first effort since wind surgery and could have needed that as he is a lot better than he showed there.
He did win back-to-back races in the summer at Goodwood and Leicester and he does seem to stay the 1m4f well.
Indeed, it was no surprise he tried 1m6f with his clear stamina for middle-distance races, but around 1m3f and 1m4f could be his best trip and has shown he handles the All-Weather by winning at Kempton.
He has had a couple of runs on the Tapeta at Southwell although one of those was over further and I do think he looks overpriced for this.
Backing Roy Bowring's horses at Southwell has never been a bad thing, and runners from that yard tend to be ridden in a very straightforward fashion at the track.
Bowring is 4-17 this season at his local manor at a strike-rate of 24% and he has a 16% strike-rate in five seasons with 24 winners - which is good going for a small yard.
The case to back Toptime is one with no thrills - he's consistent at a low grade and in form. His last four runs at Southwell have been 3212 and ran into a well-treated rival in Ignac Lamar last time out.
He did well to win over 5f here previously from a poor draw and he has enough early speed to get a prominent position.
