Tips from Kevin Blake, Tony Calvin, Brendan Duke

Triumph Hurdle - 13:30
Tony Calvin - Gala Marceau (9/2)
Betting is all about the price and I think the market has underestimated her. I wouldn't put you off backing her each-way.
Kevin Blake - Gala Marceau (9/2)
Danny Mullins is learning about this horse all the time. Powerful traveller.
Brendan Duke - Lossiemouth (15/8)
I think Lossiemouth is the value in the race. The talk has been that Paul Townend will jump ship to Blood Destiny but I would think he will stay on Lossiemouth.
Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle - 14:50
Tony Calvin - Hiddenvalleylake (7/1)
I have utmost respect for Corbetts Cross but Hiddenvalleylake is interesting. A lot are disappointed by that run last time, but the market reaction was pretty level. When the race ran before at Cork, connections were purring about him. The clock said he was a very good horse, possibly a Grade One horse.
Kevin Blake - Hiddenvalleylake (7/1)
I'm on team Rachael Blackmore here. I will forgive that last race at Clonmel. Cheltenham will be an easier ride with pace in front and his stamina will suit.
Gold Cup - 15:30
Tony Calvin - A Plus Tard (15/2)
Anybody who has listened to me on the Racing Only Bettor or Weighed In podcasts knows I think A Plus Tard has been the wrong price for a long time. I am not going to go mad in the race, however.

Kevin Blake - Gallopin Des Champs (6/4)
I thought Gallopin Des Champs was really good in the Irish Gold Cup last time. He was powerful late on and that got rid of the worries I had. Can't wait, proper contest.
Brendan Duke - Stattler (9/1)
I like the dour stayers and Stattler is made for this. He jumped like a bunny in the 3m6 race last year.
Mrs Paddy Power Mares Chase - 16:50
Tony Calvin - Magic Daze (10/1)
I'm going to back her before the race then look to lay her at about 2/1 in-running because I am not assured of her stamina.
Brendan Duke - Magic Daze (10/1)
She jumped so well [at Naas in February], a revelation of a performance. I think she will go well for a long way. She just looks a very big price to me.
