Nations League Tuesday Tips: Back a 12/5 fast start for England, 21/10 Spain win and 13/1 Acca

League A - Group 3

Czechia v England Tip - Back 12/53.40 first half blitz

England missed a great chance to topple world champions Spain on Saturday, but expect a response from Thomas Tuchel's side - with the manager saying he may not make too many changes for this trip to Prague as big 1/31.33 favourites.

At 15/28.50 Czechia still haven't won a game in 90 minutes this year after losing to Croatia. The hosts have some big injury absentees, including Tomas Soucek, while Tuchel's Three Lions have won their four away games by a combined 13-0.

You suspect Tuchel will want his same front four, although he did hint at Jude Bellingham possibly having a break, but Anthony Gordon will likely start and look to score for his third England game running. He's now got two goals and three assists in five international appearances, averaging one every 66 minutes.

Gordon is 9/52.80 anytime scorer and 5/61.84 for a goal or assist. And if 34-year-old Vladimir Coufal plays at right-back for the Czechs again he's worth a look at 11/102.11 for 2+ fouls when having to keep up with the speedy Gordon.

The Czechs have a recent habit of goalless first halves, but I can't see them keeping this one tight if Tuchel's side emerge with the right attitude and fired up by the frustration of the Spain game - I'm backing a couple of goals early in a comfortable victory.

Spain v Croatia Tip - 21/103.10 on Spain to win again

Spain are 1/61.17 to win in Seville and stretch their all-time record to 40 matches unbeaten in 90 minutes, but 13/114.00 Croatia still have Luka Modric pulling the strings and are one of the best underdogs in world football. Slaven Bilic's side would likely take a draw too, priced at 13/27.50.

England showed you can get at Spain, who would've likely lost had Harry Kane scored his penalty, but there's such an ambudance of quality going forward - as shown when they brought on both Mikel Oyarzabal and Alex Baena at Wembley to score the crucial goals. Both of them may start in Seville.

Croatia will give them a good game, they've failed to score just once in the last year and just twice in 16 competitive games, so we'll back a similar story as Wembley with Spain getting the win but having to work for it.

League B - Group 1

Scotland v Switzerland Tip - 7/52.40 Swiss to spoil Scots' party

It was a low-key start for new Scotland boss Sebastien Pocognoli with a 0-0 in Slovenia, but the big test now comes in front of a home crowd at Hampden as 3/14.00 underdogs against Switzerland. The Swiss are 9/101.90 and coming off a 3-0 win in North Macedonia.

It's tough to know just how the Scots will shape up under new management, but we know Murat Yakin's side are solid, strong, and should really be in the league above so we'll take the Swiss to win this one.

The hosts don't look blessed with goals so under 2.5 or a win to nil is a possibility, but the odds are still good enough for under four goals to get the nod just in case.

Slovenia v North Macedonia Tip - Another Ljubljana draw

This one doesn't scream classic with two sides struggling for points and goals of late. Slovenia are odds-on at 6/101.60 but have won just once in 11 games, with just one 90-minute win at home in eight, while North Macedonia are big underdogs at 5/16.00 and haven't won in nine. The visitors haven't even managed a goal in their last five games.

North Macedonia had just two shots against the Swiss last time out, and on the road they've failed to score in five of six. Slovenia have been operating at a higher level but the lack of wins recently can really affect confidence, plus the visitors have earned draws away at similar sides like Ireland and Bosnia recently along with a point in Belgium in World Cup qualifying. And Slovenia also love a draw.

Six of their last 10 have been stalemates and in Ljubljana they've drawn five of their last six, while their opponents have drawn five in their nine-game winless run, four of them being 0-0s. It's tough to call just what will happen when a very resistable force meets an extremely moveable object but if they play to type then the 0-0 at 8/19.00 is very much on. I'll play it safe though and just call it a draw.

League C - Group 4

Bulgaria v Estonia Tip - Back 3/14.00 visitors for the upset

We drop into League C where Estonia are 4/15.00 underdogs but may fancy their chance against out-of-form Bulgaria who are 8/131.61 but just suffered a shock defeat at home to Luxembourg at the weekend. That made it just one win in 10 competitive games and just one in nine at home.

Estonia got something of a surprise draw in Iceland, where they also missed a penlty, and a similar display should at least bring the 12/53.40 draw into play. The visitors are also 11/102.11 on the double chance if you just fancy them to get something from the game, but I'll go for an all-or-nothing swipe here and take them for 3/14.00 win in the draw no bet market.

Bulgaria are still ranked 40-plus places higher so should still fancy it, but they could just be in a tricky spot at the moment. Hopefully we're catching them in the doldrums while Estonia are on the up.

Luxembourg v Iceland Tip - Back a draw for struggling Iceland

It's not often we say this, but Luxembourg are flying after coming from behind to beat Bulgaria to make it four wins in five. Yes, two of those came against Malta, but another was away in Albania so those back-to-back road wins should have the hosts' confidence at an all-time high.

The Red Lions are 2/13.00 home underdogs, with Iceland 6/52.20 favourites but needing to get their act together as they've now not won in seven and their only two victories in 12 have both come against Azerbaijan. Away from home they've been poor too and tumbling down from League A to League C in the Nations League is part of their worrying downward trend.

This should be a good spot to arrest that slump but having Luxembourg playing with such confidence will make this a tougher task than they'd otherwise imagine. I don't see the hosts taking another scalp though, so I think the best we can do here is back the draw.
