Paul Higham thinks Ajax can win what effectively is a Champions League dead rubber at Rangers.
- Ajax lost just four of 13 games against Scottish teams
- Rangers have lost all five UCL games conceding 19 goals
- Only a Rangers win of four goals or more can grab Europa League place
It's essentially a dead rubber here as only a five-goal win for Rangers could see them pip Ajax to third place in this group and secure Europa League football.
The 4-0 win for Ajax on the opening night puts the Dutch in a strong position then, even if they've followed it with four defeats and 15 goals conceded.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst knows his Rangers side have generally failed to step-up to this level having lost every game so far and scored just one goal.
Ajax have been a lot more competent in this Champions League, and they sit top of the table in the Netherlands having scored plenty of goals ahead of this game.
Ajax also have a huge domestic gama against PSV coming up so won't want to pick up any fresh injuries ahead of that one.
So it looks like an away win could be the order of the day here but much will depend just how seriously the Dutch giants take it.
The team sheets will be important in this one as changes could be made - with Mohamed Kudus maybe given more Ajax playing time after scoring at Anfield as part of nine goals in 17 games despite being in and out of the starting side.
Kudus scored in the reverse fixture against Rangers too so has probably earned a start, and can produce at least a shot on target if not another goal.
I like Dusan Tadic to hit the target here too, just as he did in the first game against Rangers.
They'll be our two player props to add to an Ajax victory for our Tuesday Bet Builder.
