Thursday Football Tips: Back a 2/1 Buenos Aires Bet Builder

It's early doors in the Argentinian Copa de la Liga Profesional but defending champions Rosario Central are already up against it without a win in their first three games.

Independiente Rivadavia have won two out of three and can go top of the standings with a third victory here.

But it's the hosts and holders who are 10/111.91 favourites despite not scoring in their first game in this competition at home in Buenos Aires, with the visitors 13/53.60 to inflict another defeat on the side who only lifted this trophy in December.

Rosario drew 0-0 in their first home game of the competition and while their have been right goals in Independiente Rivadavia's first three games, five of those came in on outing.

Only two of 11 of Independiente's games and seven of nine for Rosario have gone over 2.5 goals and this looks like another cagey tight one on paper.

Rosario games have been level at the break three times in the last five, but it's a lot more of a striking theme for Independiente with six of their last seven finishing as a draw after the first half.

All six of those have been 0-0 at half-time as well, so it may well be worth backing a goalless first half here at 7/52.40 by itself, but we'll stick with our treble for the full game.
