1/31.33 Haaland has 20 Premier League goals
-
6/17.00 Watkins is just one goal behind City man
-
8/19.00 Salah must find form for Reds' title challenge
Erling Haaland is the 1/31.33 favourite to win the Premier League Golden Boot Award after his goal against Luton on Saturday helped Manchester City pull clear in the title race.
The Norwegian hit 36 league goals last season to win by 13 but this year's race is tighter and, with six matches remaining, he leads Ollie Watkins but just one goal.
The Villa man, however, is as long as 6/17.00 to overtake Haaland due to the City man's incredible goalscoring history and the strength of the team he plays in under Pep Guardiola.
There is no question that Watkins is enjoying a superb season for Villa and he is likely to be in the England squad at this summer's Euro 2024.
Between now and then Watkins will be among those trying to overtake Haaland in the battle to win the Premier League's Golden Boot.
He looks hungry and said the Golden Boot was important to him after he scored in Villa's win over Arsenal yesterday. The odds indicate that he is the man most likely to deny Haaland.
Salah could bounce back at 8/1
Mo Salah has scored 17 in the league this season - three fewer than Haaland - and the Egyptian is 8/19.00 to win the Golden Boot.
He is a three-time winner of the award, though, so knows what it takes to win it.
His misfiring performances have been pinpointed by pundits as part of Liverpool's problem, after they lost ground in the title race by losing to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Salah has scored just three league goals since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations. But if the Reds do roar back into title contention - and at 5/16.00 it is not out of the question - Salah will be key.

Elsewhere, Alexander Isak 10/111.00 is another leading contender for the Golden Boot. He too has scored 17 goals this season in a Newcastle team that has been inconsistent but, after Saturday's 4-0 win over Spurs which featured a brace from the Swede, climbed to sixth in the table.
Dominic Solanke is an outsider at 14/115.00 but, as another player on 17 league goals, is in with a shout in a Bournemouth team that are closing in on their best ever Premier League finish.
Cole Palmer has been one of the few positives in another topsy-turvy Chelsea campaign. He has 16 goals and is 20/121.00 to win the Golden Boot.
He has the chance to add to that tally tonight and our match previewer is backing him to do exactly that.
