Bologna v Parma
Kick off: 11:30
Serie A
Bologna haven't been at their best in recent weeks, but have an opportunity to get back to winning ways in Serie A against a Parma side that have been equally as poor of late, and are looking to pull themselves away from the relegation zone.
Bologna ran out 2-1 winners in the most recent meeting between these sides which took place back in December. That triumph was in the Coppa Italia, and Bologna were pretty dominant - ending the game with an xG of 1.91 from 16 shots, six of which managed to find the target.
Bologna also came away 3-1 winners in the initial league meeting between these sides, they were helped by a first half red card for Parma, but still managed to rack up an xG of 2.72 from 22 shots.
Parma haven't managed to gain much momentum on their travels in Serie A this season, with just three wins from their 11 away matches. They've only scored seven goals across these fixtures, which is the second lowest total when compared to other sides on the road in Serie A.
Swansea v Sheffield Wednesday
Kick off: 12:01
EFL Championship
Swansea aren't quite completely clear of the drop zone in the Championship, but do boast a seven point buffer at the time of writing, which should be enough of a base from this point in the season to stay up in the second division of English football.
They welcome a Sheffield Wednesday side that have had a disaster campaign, both on and off the pitch, eventually leading to a points deduction which sees the away side still stuck on -7 points, having won just one of their 30 matches in the Championship. Unsurprisingly, Sheffield Wednesday have the worst away record in the league this season, they have also conceded 25 goals across their 14 away matches.
Swansea beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 win the sides met earlier on in the season in a comfortable victory, which saw the Welsh side register an xG of 1.31 from 17 shots. Sheffield Wednesday never really found a way into this clash and ended up with just one shot on target.
Swansea have generally been pretty strong at home in the Championship, avoiding defeat in 11 of their 15 home games - winning seven of these clashes. They've scored 20 goals across these fixtures, and will view this as an opportunity to really pull themselves away from the threat of relegation.
Bayern Munich v Hoffenheim
Kick off: 16:30
Bundesliga
Bayern have been the dominant force in the Bundesliga this season, but they haven't quite run away with the league title yet. Vincent Kompany's side have lost just one of their 20 games in the Bundesliga this term, but only have a six point league at the top of the German top flight due to the persistence of Dortmund.
Bayern Munich have won eight of their 10 matches at the Allianz Arena this term, netting 40 goals in the process and conceding just nine. Kompany's side top the scoring rankings for home sides in the Bundesliga, and are only second to Dortmund when it comes to goals conceded at home (9-8). They battered Hoffenheim in the initial league meeting between the sides, running out 4-1 winners back in September.
Hoffenheim don't have a strong record at the Allianz Arena, winning just once at the stadium across their last 15 visits stretching back to 2011. I expect Bayern's dominance at home to continue in this clash.
Juventus v Lazio
Kick off: 19:45
Serie A
Juventus are one of only two sides in Serie A yet to lose a game at home in the division this season, with the other being Napoli. The Old Lady have won seven of their 11 home games, drawing the other four and netting 23 goals in the process. Juventus have also only conceded eight goals across these fixtures.
Lazio are in a state of turmoil at the moment, with many fans disgruntled with the inner workings of the club, so much so that Lazio fans have decided to boycott recent home matches in protest of the ownership. Lazio have won just three of their 11 away matches in Serie A this season - and have notably only scored six goals across these games, the joint worst scoring record on the road in Serie A.
Lazio did run out 1-0 winners over Juventus in the most recent clash between the sides, but the underlying data points to that being quite a fortunate win for Maurizio Sarri's side, who I think will struggle here to get a foothold in the game this time around.
