After a record-breaking scoring run the Leicester striker is suddenly finding the going tough - here are a trio of options for those looking to sell the Leicester City hotshot...

He was the hottest striker in Fantasy Premier League for a three month stretch but the last five games have seen a very cold Jamie Vardy.

After a record-breaking 11 game goalscoring run it's just one in five for the England's Euro 2016 hopeful.

One of the skills we all need to master is choosing when we buy and sell our key men, and managers with Vardy still onboard - he is still present in more than 50% of Fantasy teams - may be pondering a sale. The good news for those who've had the Leicester striker since day one is that, if you sold now, you'd see an increase of £1.6m on his value.

Of course, this isn't to say that Vardy is done for the season. There's every chance that he will run on and break through the 25- or 30-goal barrier. Next up are Bournemouth at the King Power so there will be plenty keen to give him anotherm or perhaps one last, crack of the whip.

But if you did want to sell then these men could just reward. As ever we are trying to avoid obvious selections in favour of those who may be overlooked...

Bojan
The Spanish wizard has finally settled at a club and is beginning to show his best in the Potters' three-man attack alongside Marko Arnautovic and Xherdan Shaqiri. The swashbuckling trio were on fine form last time out scoring 30 points between them. Bojan 'only' posted five of that total but his returns have been great in recent weeks with goals against Crystal Palace and Manchester United, as well as an assist in the stirring defeat of Louis van Gaal's men. At £5.1m he is a rock-solid option for those freeing up a few pounds to spend on one of the big names.

Diego Costa
It's been an annus horribilis (Google it) for the Brazil-born Spaniard but redemption of sorts awaits in 2016 with Guus Hiddink in charge at Chelsea. Costa scored a brace on Hiddink's first proper game in charge to suggest a freedom in his play that was lost during Jose Mourinho's last few months. Fantasy Premier League managers have deserted Diego this season, and this high-class, if a little bad-tempered, operator, is a selection for just 4.7% of teams. Purchase him now and you could get a headstart on your rival managers should that brace against Watford be a sign of good form to come.

Shane Long
While Graziano Pelle is out with a knee injury Irishman Long looks to be Southampton's first choice forward. That may not cover a huge amount of games of course, so his signing certainly comes under the risky bracket. But he showed his ability with a brace against Arsenal in that Boxing Day shocker for the London side and comes up against Norwich next time out followed by home fixtures against Watford and West Brom. Long has never been ultra-prolific but could just provide a nice goalscoring burst for the next few gameweeks.

Emirates and Goodison set to serve up the points in Gameweek 20

It'll be all eyes on Arsenal for many managers in Gameweek 20 - with Newcastle in town, the league leaders have been offered a fine chance of staying top. The injury list remains frightening but as long as Mezut Ozil is fit the Gooners seem to have a chance. Through 18 gameweeks when he has seen action on the pitch, the German master has only failed to score or assist on four occasions.

Three midfielders have scored more than 100 points so far this campaign. Riyad Mahrez is the top-scorer in the game with Ozil in second place, and it's Ross Barkley in third. The Everton midfielder has put up some staggering numbers this year and the visit of Spurs on Sunday promises more of the same with the Toffees seemingly unable to resist a toe-to-toe battle with any opponent.

Everton are able to score against anyone but they are so open at the back. This could be a great week for anyone with Spurs attackers - Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Erik Lamela - or any of the Goodison favourites in their teams.
