Football Bet of the Day: Botosani to teach Academica a lesson

In Spain yesterday, Getafe snapped their losing streak. They held high-flying Sociedad to a 1-1 draw and our bet fell to earth with the visitors. We've got a week to make things right before Kev returns.

We're in Romania today for the top-flight game between bottom-of-the-table Academica Clinceni and third-placed Botosani. We fancy the visitors can get the job done and move up to second tonight.

The struggling home side have taken just two points from their first 10 league games of the campaign. The Academics have not been much better at home as they have been on the road: at Clinceni they are W0-D1-L3.

Botosani, meanwhile, have been doing some of their best work away from home. Marius Croitoru's men are W4-D1-L0 on the road this term and we're backing them to extend that fine record against ailing hosts today.
