Aston Villa's Jack Grealish
Will Jack Grealish and his Villa team open the door for Leicester's top four hopes?

"Chelsea's defensive unit is excellent, but without Kante in midfield Grealish will become much more of a factor, and that makes both teams to score come squarely into focus at 1.758/11."

League Two Play-Offs Second Legs: Advantage Morecambe and Newport

Morecambe v Tranmere
Kick-off 12:30
Live on Sky Sports

Morecambe hold a 2-1 lead from the first leg, and now with home advantage in front of their own fans, our League Two expert expects the Shrimps to make it to Wembley.

Ian Lamont says: "The home team's price of 2.6413/8 remains generous then, with layers noting that the Shrimps scored against the run of play in the first leg and knowing that Tranmere must attack to have any chance of progressing."

Ian's bet: Back Morecambe to beat Tranmere @ 2.6413/8

Forest Green v Newport County
Kick-off 18:30
Live on Sky Sports

It's a two-goal advantage for Newport County going into the second leg at the New Lawn Stadium, and while this has the potential to get very tight and edgy our man believes the Welsh outfit will get the job done, but they might not win on the day.

Ian Lamont says: "As discussed ahead of the first leg, both sides' defences have been tight going into the play-offs, but this is crunch time. Forest Green have to score twice in the 90 minutes to have any chance of progressing (via extra time or penalties)."

Ian's bet: Back Forest Green to beat Newport County @ 2.68/5

Aston Villa v Chelsea: Blues will have to fight for top four spot

Aston Villa v Chelsea
Kick-off 16:00
Live on Sky Sports

It all boils down to this for Chelsea, their final Premier League game of the season at Villa Park. Beat Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon and it's effectively job done for Thomas Tuchel and his men; qualification for next season's Champions League and two major cup finals, still with the prospect of lifting Europe's most coveted club trophy.

The Blues have to beat Villa to guarantee they finish in the top four, anything less and that opens the door for Leicester. We're assuming Liverpool will beat Crystal Palace, right? But despite being odds-on favourites to win the game, not everyone is expecting Chelsea to have an easy ride on Sunday.

Paul Higham says: "Chelsea's defensive unit is excellent, but without Kante in midfield Grealish will become much more of a factor, and that makes both teams to score come squarely into focus at 1.758/11."

"I'd still fancy Chelsea to get the job done, leading to a Blues win and both teams to score being the preferred outright result bet at 3.185/40 but there's certainly enough doubt to be worried."

Paul's bet: Back Chelsea to beat Villa and both teams to score @ 3.185/40

Leicester v Tottenham: Spurs can wreck Foxes' top-four hopes

Leicester v Tottenham
Kick-off 16:00
Live on Sky Sports

As mentioned above, it's all about the race to finish in the top four on the final day of the Premier League season, with Chelsea and Liverpool currently occupying those positions. But should one of those teams fail to win on Sunday then that opens the door for Leicester to leapfrog them with a win at home to Tottenham.

But there's a certain Harry Kane possibly playing his last game for Spurs, and the England striker is chasing down the Golden Boot. Not only that but Kane has an excellent record of scoring against the Foxes, and he's not too shabby on the final day of the season either.

Dave Tindall says: "A couple of pro Harry Kane stats. Firstly, he's scored seven goals on final day, a tally only bettered by three other players in Premier League history. But even more compelling is that he's blasted 14 goals in just 11 games against Leicester. That includes a four-goal salvo in a 6-1 away win."

"Now to a man in blue. Since early February, Kelechi Iheanacho has been in sensational form. The Nigerian has racked up 16 goals in just 19 games so has taken over from Jamie Vardy as Leicester's dangerman."

Dave's bet: 2pts Kelechi Iheanacho to score anytime, Harry Kane to score anytime and Spurs win on Bet Builder at 21.020/1

Serie A Tips: Milan can crumble in Bergamo and open door for Juve

Atalanta v AC Milan
Kick-off 19:45
Live on Premier Sports 1 and Betfair Live Video

The Serie A title has been long since decided, and it's congratulations to Inter Milan who have won their first Scudetto since 2010, while Atalanta have capped another fine season by all but mathematically recording a top-four finish.

The big story however is Juventus potentially missing out on the Champions League next season, which they will do should they not better either AC Milan or Napoli's result on Sunday. Napoli are trading at 1.232/9 to win at home, which means Juve - who are 1.261/4 to win at Bologna - are likely to need a favour from Atalanta in their home game against AC Milan.

Dave Farrar says: "It's a conundrum, this game. We have a Milan team with so much to play for, against an Atalanta side who are sure of their place in the Champions League, but who won't want to throw away a second placed finish in Serie A, and who, after their Coppa Italia final defeat by Juventus, will be motivated I think to end the season on a high, with a high-profile win."

Dave's bet: Back Atalanta to beat Milan @ 2.77/4

Ligue 1 Tips: Goals and accas the smart picks for dramatic final day in France

The title has gone right down to the wire in Ligue 1 but its' Lille - matched at 44.043/1 in the French Ligue 1 Winner market - and not PSG who are in the driving seat to lift the trophy on Sunday night.

Both have very winnable games, Lille trading at 1.384/11 away to Angers and PSG are 1.271/4 to win at Brest and our Ligue 1 expert believes there'll be no final day drama at the top of the table, and recommends putting the jollies in an accumulator.

James Eastham says: "Lille are a short price to win and worth considering for inclusion in an accumulator while PSG travel to Brest and should keep their side of their title-hunting bargain by collecting all three points."

"Lyon are 1.21/5 to claim victory at home to a mid-table Nice side that have nothing to play for. Rudi Garcia's hosts ought to dispose of the visitors with the minimum of fuss. A touch further down the table Rennes (7th) are chasing a European place and can still claim one by finishing sixth to qualify for next season's Europa Conference League."

James' bet: Back Lille, PSG, Lyon and Rennes in a four-fold accumulator @ 2.546/4
