Football Tips: Build your weekend acca with our best bets from across Europe

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti
Go low on goals at Goodison, says Charlie

"Nine of Cagliari's last 10 league games have produced two goals or fewer, while Juventus' 1-1 draw in their last league game away from the Allianz Stadium was the fourth successive road game where the unders bet would have landed."

Charlie Mullan has delved into the stats to bring you his best bet from each of the top five European league to help your build your weekend acca...

Don't expect a goal-fest at Goodison Park

Under 2.5 in Everton v Burnley at 4/5

Before Everton appointed Carlo Ancelotti as their manager last December, a relegation battle loomed for the Toffees. But the Italian has turned the club's fortunes around to the point where Everton have a great chance of finishing in the top four. Burnley are looking over their shoulders as they have been dragged closer to the relegation battle.

A lack of goals has been an issue for Burnley with just 20 scored in their 28 games played. Only basement side Sheffield United have scored fewer goals and if Sean Dyche's side cannot find a way to score more goals, their relegation fears could grow stronger.

Everton have only scored multiple goals once in their last six league games which suggests this contest could be shy of goals. The last four league meetings have seen under 2.5 total goals scored which is priced at 4/5 for this weekend's fixture.

Another tight game for tired Juventus

Under 2.5 Goals in Cagliari v Juventus at 5/4

Juventus have to produce a positive response from their Champions League exit on Tuesday night if they are to keep alive their slim hopes of winning a tenth successive Serie A title. Cagliari need the win for different reasons as they hover perilously close to the relegation zone. Leonardo Semplici's side are just two points above the bottom three.

Cagliari have fond memories of Juve's last visit to the Sardegna Arena when first half goals from Luca Gagliano and Giovanni Simeone secured a famous 2-0 win. It's one of four successive meetings where both teams to score has not landed.

Nine of Cagliari's last 10 league games have produced two goals or fewer, while Juventus' 1-1 draw in their last league game away from the Allianz Stadium was the fourth successive road game where the unders bet would have landed. After playing 120 minutes in their exit from the Champions League, energy levels may be low.

Schalke's struggles to continue

Wolfsburg to win to nil v Schalke at 5/4

When Wolfsburg host Schalke at the Volkswagen Arena, it will be the third time this season these two sides have gone head-to-head. Wolfsburg won the previous two and will start as favourites to register their fourth successive win over the basement side. Wout Weghorst enjoys playing against Schalke and he will be looking to score a fifth goal in four games against the Gelsenkirchen club.

Wolfsburg's 2-1 defeat at Hoffenheim last weekend was their first loss in 10 Bundesliga games and denied Oliver Glasner's side the chance of extending their lead over fourth-placed Eintracht Frankfurt. Nevertheless, this has been a great season for Wolfsburg who are 10 points better off than at this stage last season.

Schalke's three-decade stay in the German top flight looks to be coming to an end. With just one win in their 24 league contests and three points from their last 10 games, this has been a season to forget for a team who are on their fourth manager this season.

Dimitrios Grammozis' side have failed to score in their last four home games and there is little to suggest that they can end their 393-minute drought at the VELTINS-Arena. Wolfsburg's last seven league wins have been to nil and the 5/4 on a repeat looks a good price.

Suarez to edge Atletico closer to the title

Luis Suarez to score v Getafe at 6/4

Victory at Getafe would see Atletico take a major step towards their first La Liga title in seven seasons. The three points would also raise confidence levels up a notch as Diego Simeone's side look to overturn a 1-0 deficit at Chelsea in the Champions League Round of 16, second leg on Wednesday.

Getafe are a few wins away from considering themselves safe from relegation and they might have to wait another week for a win considering their record against Atletico. The Madrid side have one of the best winning records over an opponent in European football with 13 straight wins.

Luis Suarez will be doing all he can to help Atletico pick up maximum points. Only his former team-mate Lionel Messi (19) has scored more league goals than Suarez whose winning goal against Athletic Bilbao last weekend was his 18th La Liga goal since swapping Barcelona for Madrid before the start of the season.

Expect entertainment at Lorient

Over 2.5 Goals in Lorient v Nice at 11/10

A win for Lorient at home to Nice will help ease their fears of being relegated. A two-point gap between them and Nimes in the relegation play-off place is too close for comfort for Christophe Pellissier's side. Nice have little to play for in Ligue 1 this season and are on course for a mid-table finish.

The two sides shared a point in the reverse fixture earlier in the season when Adrian Grbic's late penalty rescued a point for Lorient at the Allianz Riviera Stadium just before Christmas.

Nice's last seven have all produced a minimum of three goals while Lorient's last three league and cup games at their Stade du Moustoir home have all seen at least three goals scored, so overs is the selection.
