A classic Saturday 3pm treble emerged when studying the slate on offer this weekend, with two EFLs standouts along with a strong value bet in Scottish League One to round off the treble.

Swansea City v Rotherham United - Sat, 15:00
Tip: Swansea to win + Over 2.5 goals

Swansea have a good home record of late, winning three of their last four, and with two of those wins coming with the required over 2.5 goals in them, but this bet is mainly about the woes of Rotherham.

The Millers' away record now reads 0 wins, 4 draws, and 17 losses. What more, is that 13 of the 17 losses in the Championship have also seen over 2.5 goals in the match, including six of the last seven. The only one that didn't go over 2.5 goals was Wednesday's 2-0 loss to West Brom, but the Baggies did generate 3.42 xG in the match, so it was only poor finishing that meant the score was kept down.

Swansea, themselves, had an important and impressive 3-0 victory on Wednesday against Stoke. That win probably keeps the Swans safe in the second tier and allows Luke Williams to plan for next season. However, importantly, they can potentially mathematically ensure survival with a win here, if other results go their way.

Liam Cullen looks to be ending the season in some decent form and the signing of Ronald has given the Swans more potency going forward as well.

Lincoln City v Wigan Athletic - Sat, 15:00
Tip: Lincoln City to win

Lincoln's explosive form, in which the hosts have avoided defeat in their last 16 league matches, has left Michael Skubala's men with a huge chance of securing a play-off spot. Indeed, across the past couple of months, the hosts have excelled on home soil, winning six of their last seven home matches. Lincoln have impressed at both ends in this run, scoring an average of 2.57 goals per match, and keeping six clean sheets in the process.

Wigan's form could not be much different to Lincoln's, with the visitors winning just one of their last six outings. Shaun Maloney's side have disappointed on their travels in recent weeks, amassing just one point from their last four trips. Although the visitors have shown slight promise going forward across these matches, scoring an average of 1.25 goals per match, they have struggled defensively, conceding an average of 2.5.

With Lincoln's outstanding home form and Wigan's troubles on the road, we expect the hosts to pick up all three points here.

Annan Athletic v Cove Rangers - Sat, 15:00
Tip: Over 2.5 goals

Goals look to be guaranteed at Galabank on Saturday as Annan play host to Cove Rangers in a fixture that is vital to the future of both clubs.

These teams have been involved in fixtures that have rained goals in recent weeks. Annan's home matches are averaging over four goals per game over the course of the season - a figure they kept up last weekend in a 3-1 defeat against Hamilton Accies - while Cove Rangers' last five games have brought 22 goals.

All the ingredients are there for this to be another spectacular match. Both sides are clearly better offensively than they are at the back, while Cove Rangers can expect to have top scorer Rumarn Burrell back in the starting XI after sitting on the bench injured last weekend.

Recent history shows these games are high-scoring, too. Seven of the eight previous games between these teams have had at least three goals, including 12 goals in four head-to-head encounters this season.

Crucially, this is a must-win match for both teams; Annan go seeking three points to keep their survival hopes strongly burning, while Cove are desperate for the win to keep them in the play-off picture at the top of the table.
