It was a disastrous night for Elche in Spain. Not only did they lose 2-0 at home to Alaves to slide closer to relegation, but they destroyed our BTTS bet, and I hope that will sting them most of all.

We head to Italy in search of goals now, and you can usually rely on Atalanta to provide them. Once again, Gian Piero Gasperini's side are the top scorers in Serie A, and tonight they face a Benevento side that often obliges opposition attacks.

Atalanta know that a win will take them another step closer to yet another Champions League qualification, and a run of 11 wins in 14 have seen them move into the top four. In seven of those 11 victories, the Bergamo-based side have scored at least three goals. In 18 of their 35 Serie A games, an Over 3.5 Goals bet has landed, and an Over 4.5 Goals bet has been successful 14 times.

Benevento suffered a disastrous 3-1 home defeat against Cagliari at the weekend, a result that leaves Pippo Inzaghi's team three points adrift of safety with three games left. They have lost five of their last seven in the league, and in those seven matches they have leaked 19 goals. In their last three away games alone, they have shipped nine goals.

Both teams are under pressure to push for a win, and I can only see a spectacular game here. I wouldn't normally back Over 4.5 Goals, but I actually think it's worth it here at 2.982/1. If you want to be a shade more conservative, you could back Over 3.5 Goals at 1.875/6.
